WATER IN HUMAN BODY & HEALING

It's been a while since I've been watching Spirit Science videos, for some reason I watched the first episode again, I meditated after it, opening my heart chakra, igniting my kundalini energy and as I was strengthening the kundalini energy flow I spontaneously started to heal my hurt vertebra and suddenly my mind made the connection Emoto's water crystal pattern experiments of attaching a label on the jar and concentration that energy to it - and healing my back!

Sending love to my two hurt vertebra was such a strong experience that I begun to cry because it made me so happy. I decided that at the end of my meditation I would do what Emoto did and label "the jar with Love" aka take a piece of ban-aid and write I Love You on it and stick it to my back where the pain originates.

12-12-12 AND ROMANTIC LOVE

I find it weird that the past year or so I have a been grounded. Not in my room, mind you ;) but grounded to the earth and earthly life. I have taken great interest in love and sex, yes I'm saying it frankly - when I first started my fascination with romance novels I was wondering where the heck did this come from? But looking back a year and some I can see it very clearly, it's about Love, the earthly kind, the kind I near forgot about when I was at my peak of Spirituality.

It's no surprise to me that it's 12-12-12 when it hits me. I have the past week been having a sore throat which culminated yesterday, on 12-12-12, to a grade-A flu. My throat is so bad I should not be talking at all, and as I'm house bound I have plenty to think about.

I see my detour of romance as mandatory and my wake-up call of a flu as the catalyst to merge. Everything is connected, and I feel it's my expertise to join spirituality and romantic love, to see the connection of it the chances for evolution.

We believe in Soul Mates, do we not? We believe in grand love that will be momentous - we bit errantly believe this grand love will come out of nowhere and sweep us off our feet. Really? You believe in no control of your life? Let me give you something to think about if the case is so.

With the big changes we will be, and have been, experiencing this year does love not deserve it's share? Our spiritual love is growing in bounds and leaps, but what about our romantic love, our chance to create? We are beings of creation! We create the world around us, we influence the very existence of material things in our lives, we affect the cosmos by drawing to us what we desire.

When we work, we create, as a construction worker you create a building, a solid tangible thing, as a nurse you create health and heal the body, another solid tangible thing. Why not work for romantic love? With the bountiful benefits, how can you not give it ago?

2012 is changing us, it's changing who we meet and why we meet them, romantically as well. You are less and less likely to meet the wrong potential spouses, and more and more likely meeting your soul mates - the people with great potential to be your grand romance of this life time! Now like with everything if you don't work on it, it will simply simmer down.

Let's says you meet or have met a person of great potential - it's up to you to create. You can create a short fantastical, exciting, passionate love affair that lasts few amazing months, or you can create a fantastical, exciting, passionate love that lasts a life time! The only difference is to not stop working, to not stop creating. With the energies of 2012, or 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 it's easier and easier to create, it takes less and less effort because the people you are meeting are more and more compatible with you! Because creation is becoming easier and easier on you!

A SIGN OF UNIVERSE'S POWER, NO COINCIDENCES

I just spend 45 minutes with my face stuck on some DD bosoms... yeah, didn't see that sentence coming, did you! * wink *

Okay lets go back few hours, this won't be dirty blog entry, promise!

I walked into to the dentist office for my teeth cleaning appointment at 10:55 am only to discover that I didn't have appointment at 11:00 but at 13:00 (that's 1 pm for you americans), slightly sad I looked at her and said shoot. She took some pity on me and cleared her throat she said eventually how she didn't think her 11:00 clock appointment was gonna show up due to him being foreign guy (apparently foreign guys in Helsinki don't keep their dental appointments, who knew?). She said if I wanted to wait she could pump me up to 11:00 and if he did show up, she could still get me at 12:00 and pump up her lunch with one hour.

I sit down read Science magazine, which btw gave two pieces of information I found interesting, 1. What the mother eats when pregnant will be to the baby foods that feel safe to eat as she grows up. 2. There are absolutely few cases of cancer before the 1700's, spread of cancer is probably due to industrial life style picking up.

Anywho, ten minutes past 11 and the guy is a no show so I go in, the whole things not very pleasant, though she is very nice. Then about five minutes before we're done the suction breakdown - she tells me she might have had to cancel my 13:00 appointment if I still had it. Luckily I did come at 11:00 after all.

I don't believe in luck or coincidences - the universe provides me what I need, and I think I really did need my teeth cleaned now and not day later. ;) If I hadn't recalled my time wrong I wouldn't have gotten my teeth cleaned and I would have had an grim professional treating me. 

Just another sing that the Universe loves me and I love back. <3

Oh and the boobs part! Yeah she was bigger lady, so when she bent down to work on me, she kept squishing me to her bosom, it was a maternal feel, felt actually bit safer, isn’t that odd?

MY THOUGHTS ON MONEY ABUNDANCE + UNIVERSE ASNWERS TO OUR THOUGHTS

All this talk about monetary or financial abundance in spirituality is really bothering me. I do not for a second believe that if all the people in the world manifested monetary abundance we could even survive.

Money is an illusion. Think of credit, a loan, card you pay with, imaginary money on your bank account. The only real money is the cash in your hand and even that is so corrupt there are no words for it. There are people who decide how much your cash is worth at any given time, or how much your gold or silver is worth. But gold and silver are more consistent of the three options.

This is what rubs me the wrong way about The Secret is their money, cars, jewelry approach.  They make a good point of taking responsibility of your life but imagining a car believing you have it, won't do it.

Do not get me wrong I believe in the Law of Attraction very much, just not the attachment filled The Secret.

Law of Attraction is attracting with your thoughts experiences to your life.

Like one day I had to go to a meeting at work in the evening, I spend two hours prior thinking I don't want to go, I'm tired, gosh why do I have to go? So by the time I'm standing solidly on the bus stop waiting for my ride to work, two busses miss their shift - which leads to me running to catch a metro and being late from the meeting.
What did I attract there - apparently no transportation, it is as if the Universe was right by my side in the metro looking at me and saying: "But I though you didn't want to go, I just gave you what you wanted?"

Another time I was setting a dentist appointment on the phone without my work calendar, and we set a date for mid May, a Wednesday. Few days after the call I checked the work calendar to find out I had set the appointment for the morning of Spring Celebration day, a morning where we and the kids would put on a show for the parents for the end of the Spring  semester.  I had to change the dentist appointment then, I tried to call them twice not getting through. In my mind I kept repeating I have to change the dentist appointment, I have to change the dentist appointment.  Universe heard me loud and clear and had the dentist  office call me the next day telling me they had to close for Wednesday because of staff training and would I be free the next day, on Thursday.  I couldn't help but to smile when I said, yes.

Yet another example, and I'll keep this short, was when our sofa was at a breaking point and I kept thinking we need a new sofa, we need a new sofa - what did the amazing Universe do, well through my mom and her boyfriend gave us a 300€ gift card to a furniture store.

Another short one, as we were remodeling, having super hard time with getting off wallpaper, I kept asking come off easy, come off easy - modifying my technique a little it did come off as easy as magic.

Now you will never caught me cheating, I will never wish for 100,000€s for Abundance, or sports car for the fun and cool of it, or jewelry for the sparkliness of it. That people is Vanity.

Now is Vanity part of Enlightenment?
Is it part of Love?
Is Vanity part of Light, perhaps?
Oh - no? Well then we will agree. if we disagree then ask yourself this if you are perfect and already have everything you need, if you are perfectly safe as you are then why do you need possessions? Extra Money?  Extra Vacation?  Extra Clothes?  Extra Jewelry? How will that better your light-filled essence who is on its way to Non-Attachment, Love and Compassion?

We can agree or disagree, as all paths eventually lead to same Unity. :)
Here is another view on abundance, letting go and money.

SAVING A BEE, A STORY OF HUMANITY'S FIGHT AGAINST HELP

"Come on Bee, go, that way, not that glass you can't go through that. Silly thing, you're like most humans. I need to get the cup and paper don't I?" I return to the kitchen, get my birthday card and cup return to assist the silly Bee. I do understand it is probably afraid of me, I'm bigger and shooing him towards what he sees as wall - I am backing him against the wall. And he isn't without retaliation, I am aware, I've never been stung by a Bee, but I imagine it's not a fun thing, even though not deadly, especially when you have medication. I track the Bee down by the sound of its buzzing, he's by the window desperately trying to get out to the balcony flowers and blue sky, Freedom. He has brought himself to my home by the actions he has taken, choices he has made, and now that I try to help him, fear gets in the way. I place the cup over him and slid the birthday card underneath to temporarily trap him, he buzzes like crazy, it's fine I know the feeling, I myself haven't always been able to see what situations have actually helped through have then seemed like I was being smacked around by fate.

I release him to the balcony, for a moment he's disorientated and tries to fly into the glass that reflects the trees and flowers and the blue sky, reflects his Freedom, he bounces off the glass few times before realizing it's an illusion of Freedom. To that I can relate as well. The Bee is now Free to make yet other choices, and I... I am writing this, realizing why I have been freeing close to ten Bees in a three day period - to remember this, to look back at my own life see how it all relates. I was a Bee as well, I was assisted as well, and my choices no longer ( hopefully ) take me to situations that need rough saving. I've looked at the Illusion of Freedom and turned away from the Illusion to real Freedom.

OBSERVATIONS ON MY BLOG

I like looking at my Blog. :D Yes I do. I really love it, it's like a little extension of myself, it's connected to my feelings, emotions, interests and The Moment I am in at all moments I post.
I like seeing how many people are following readers, how many visits my blog gets, where from and through what website. I like seeing what are the current six most read entries ( Trinity Triad Metatron Channelling is keeping the lead strongly 4 months and counting ) - it's interesting to know what are the strong titles and what are barely read! ;)

I know in few years I'll gringe at my writing as much as I now gringe at the first few blog entries. :) But I still love reading Year 1 as much as the new entries.

So thank you so much everyone who's participated! I love you all!

"Greeting Beloved, I am Metatron, Lord of Light. I greet you all in Unconditional Love!!

Masters, your life is a magnificent journey of ever continuing exploration.

Many of you in metaphysics are familar with the term, "Take your Power, stand in your Truth.

Indeed this is appropriate, for Love does indeed require a necessary component of great strength. Both power and love are sciences and arts that many of you have devoted many lifetimes to learning. You have had lifetimes devoted to servitude to learn the aspects of love, and in the process put others before the self, and in the process the frequencial aspect of self love, self worth were somewhat misunderstood, and diminished.

You have had many lifetimes devoted to developing love and developing strength. Oft these became quite polarized. In bringing the two together, the nuances of power must be refined and indeed shifted. You see, within these the retrieval of what may be termed soul fragmentation may be faced and brought through great effort into Mer-Ka-Nic harmony.

And then Dear Ones, when the two segments of Power and Love are integrated, another process of refining the two incurs, and it is complex.

That refinement then, is the 'Garden of Power and Love', and it requires the extreme distillation of knowledge into wisdom.

You see every level of advancements creates a new paradigm, and each new paradigm brings with it more complex puzzles to solve. Certainly the challenges facing one on the verge of Mastery, are far different and far more complex than one in the inital stages of life in duality.

Polarity of Love & Power

And so then it is inevitable that as your reach accelerated stages, you will be forced to make choices that are less immediately apparent. These are oft no longer obvious choices between what may be termed 'love & hate' or 'good and evil' in the subtlest of manners, the choices shift between LOVE and POWER. Each gain achieved, carries you into higher realms, higher dimensions, and indeed the polarity paradigm differs in each new stage.

You see, Love and Power are perhaps the most compelling and complex of life lessons. True Power exists within the gracefulness of LOVE. But the seeming paradox is that Love also requires the strength of will to complete it in duality.

Midnight in the Garden of Power and Love

So Masters, we tell you that in your advanced completionary path, each of you will face a juncture, a defining yet subtle directional choice that will either take you forward or circle back to again to the same decisional crossroad. It is not the simple choice between evil and good, but rather the choice between illusionary Power and the true path of Love. And so very very often, the path of illusion is taken long before it is realized. It is because what is appropriate for one level of growth, once completed, is not necessarily best suited for the next.

There are certain intermediate sojourns in which the requisite for developing strength of will was indeed the right choice. It was a 'true or false' selection, but now the testing becomes far more complex. It is a multiple choice question with an essay...and all of the choices contain some of the answer. But only one contains your full Truth.

The dawning of 2012 is the quickening, the eleventh hour before the midnight of the illuminating morn. It is Midnight in the Garden of Power and Love.

In the crucible of the Ascension, the forks in the road are not always two pronged. A singular path can open to multiple intersections, and none of them are clearly marked.

Accordingly many of you in advanced sojourns have series of lifetimes ( within multidimensional time holograms ) that follow succinct purpose around the focused study of Love and Power, either one or the other. These lifetimes can become drastically different & separate sequences of experience, and many of you are now in the task of joining the two in final stages of lessoned growth.

In other words, there are specific lifetime quests of learning to create power responsibly that are paralleled within two separate series devoted to learning the aspects of LOVE in one string, and Power in another.

Often these two take such different 'soul paths' that the earthly expressions and experimentations of these two contrast so powerfully that what may be termed soul fragmentation can and does occur.

As a case in point, many of you have a series of lifetimes in the 'cloth'. Lifetimes of servitude in the realms of monkhood, sisterhood, and priesthood et cetera, where the focus is learning the humility and benefit of serving others in open loving nature.

And then you also, in what often expresses itself quite differently, have a connective string of sojourns in explorations of power, where you are in key leadership roles. These lifetimes can be as rulers, leaders in government & commerce, members of ruling dynasties and people of immense commercial wealth.

It is an interesting aspect in the filters of duality that your personality expressions in these two parallel studies often are so starkly dissimilar and contrasting that there is a separation of consciousness polarity between the two. This occurs in somewhat the same fashion, albeit of different purpose in your male/female sojourns. Humans tend to consider that most of their lifetimes are either male or female. Most males in humanity do not recognize or relate to the many lifetimes they have lived in female form, and vice-versa. It is a 3D separation.

And so this differential occurs even more potently in your lifetime strings of learning responsibility of Power and learning the nuances of Love. Both are so comprehensive that completely different environmental and astrological patterning is chosen for these two polar lessons, and a 'soul chasm separates the two that necessitates bringing them back together.

Lifetimes of Servitude & Lifetimes of Learning Power

So as we have stated, because you all need to learn is how to love and also to create responsibly, you plan & have total separate lifetime strings in Power 'set-ups' and Love 'set-ups' in which the focal study and experience can become so vastly different that they become extremely polarized.

Personalities within each evolve so differently in some cases that what may be termed a soul fragmentation or soul polarization seemingly occurs within the multidimensional holograms of your 'lifetimes'. Some of you would be quite shocked at the extremities. Many of you in your spiritual contexts would feel repulsed by the personality expressions you have experienced in learning power, and vice versa. Thus the 'soul fracture....yet all must be harmonized and 'retrieved' and reconciled into soul harmony. The good in each must be chosen, and that which does not serve released.

This retrieval and harmony can and must occur . A process of this is taught in the Mer-Ka-Va phase, the second level of the Mer-Ka-Na Crystalline Light Body as well as the third.

Because as you reach the more complex stages of lifetimes then, you blend the two life streams, and this is among the most complex of puzzles, and one of the last pieces required for true Mastery.

And so as you retrieve the soul, and many of you are doing that NOW, you will blend the 2 chains of studies into the present experience. This presents a great challenge, for at times you will come to algorithmic 'forks in the road' along the pathway of enlightenment where you must choose between two directions.

A fork in the road appears that will seem to you to be right in either direction. The fork is between Power and Love, and both dear ones are necessary. So the decision is which takes precedent, and that lesson is among the most difficult you will encounter.

Love does not mean allowing someone else to step on your foot, and Power does not mean stepping on others feet who are 'in the way' when you are sure you are right.

The Double Edge of Leadership

For those who achieve influential authority in spiritual leadership, the decision process becomes so much more critical, for responsibility to enact the truth is required to keep what has been learned. Influence, Dear Ones, is the double edged sword of spiritual leadership and it must be tempered and ever wielded in wisdom.

All of you are sparks of Creator. All of you are family composed of Divine Mind. So remember as you move forward, to realize that love is a frequencial key that can never be forgotten. Yet there will be times when all humans do forget. And I speak to all of you herewith.

Walking your talk is imperative in spiritual leadership. Yet, as you move forward the pitfalls are more difficult to see, and there may be times when you are less patient with others of different mindset, of lesser advancement. And that in itself is a set-up of trial and growth.

We beseech you to not put yourself on a throne, and do not forsake those who abide in what may appear to you as the dimmer recesses of heart and mind. Do not so quickly condemn those that attempt to cast doubt on you or point fingers for the errors of others even when the accusers refuse to see the faults within themselves.

And while we recognize this is easier said than done, do not turn away from conflict so quickly and self righteously that your haste and knee jerk reaction blinds you to a greater truth. Take time to self review, and do so from a stance of dispassion. Does not one of your 'Four Agreements tell you to "Never take anything personally?" There is indeed wisdom in this.

We will share another pearl of acumen, and take a moment to deeply consider this: Wisdom does not automatically occur thru the mere collation of knowledge, regardless of how vast. Rather it comes through the intense distillation of experience and self review in pure unbiased thought.

True wisdom can only occur in states of non emotional examination of your experience via your own inner third-person stance! And to do this you must filter out the untoward unconscious beliefs associated with experience in 3 dimensional mind. Do you understand? It is a conceptual shift.

Indeed all of you will at certain points encounter this conceptual shift as a subjective experience of clear mind when you access the fifth dimension. It will enter as a pure unbiased thought and feel like a refreshing invigorating wave. It is a fifth dimensional vibrational matrix that each of you must recognize and then nurture. For it is the mechanism that removes you from the gilded cage of hidden ego-aggrandizement. And when you blend lifetimes of Power and Love all of you will have certain obstacles to clear, that you have not understood were blockages at all because in 3d lesson, they may have served you to get to a certain point of growth.

This will inevitably occur as you retrieve your life-streams of Power and Love into oneness. It will occur as a moment of clarity. It enters in a crystalline wave, a blue tsunami in a field of seeming superconductivity explored and experienced within Mer-Ka-Na.

The Unending Journey of Integrity

But this achievement requires focus and effort in unification. As we have told you so many times, spiritual growth and spiritual leadership is a journey and not a destination. It requires constant self review and recalibration to maintain.

So many, through the aeons of time have faulted when the power of leadership leads to ego imbalance. For indeed the steed of POWER can blind and unseat the rider and lead in its speed into rocky paths and untoward grounds.

All of you will be tempted by the seduction of power, all of you... especially when notoriety and celebrity come into play. When the self aggrandizement of ego enters, it oft does so as if through a back window left open, and is unnoticed, unrecognized, because it was not your intent.

The tell-tale marking is revealed when being 'right' takes on greater importance than love. And Masters, often the weave of ego into the energy field is so subtle that the fall is unseen by the individual. How many of your wars have been fought in downward spiraled destruction by so called religious factions, fighting over the dogma of what is 'sacred', and whose Truth is the real Truth.

Masters, humility is the key. Never take yourself so seriously that you lose sight of your own humanity within duality.

The Spiritual 'Peter Principle'

We tell you, imblanced ego is inevitably the culprit that creates, in your vernacular, the spiritual 'Peter Principle'.

Your 'Peter Principle' in business and managerial aspect, states that one can rise to ones level of incompetence. That what gets you promoted on one level, gets you fired on the next! In a slight juggling of syntax, we tell you that in Spiritual Growth, humans often rise to their level of inexperience, and that inexperience can frequently lead to a temporary fall from grace.

When ego leads to arrogance an electrical short circuitry occurs in the base level of the auric field. The requisite 13-20-33 circuitry is then disconnected, the 'signal' of clear communication to higher self is lost, displaced by varying waves of static and interference.

Power is a great seduction and temptation. So many metaphysical and spiritual leaders become addicted to adulation. And when this occurs a subtle shift occurs in which they lose 13-20-33 circuitry and not only become 'stuck' they actually become 'energy takers' in a downward spiral.

A shadow falls between the edges of the middle road in how to maintain the perfect balance of love & power with ego and humility. Love must always be the key, and the ultimate wisdom is learning that surrender to Love carries tremendous Power, and that is Power in its highest form. But hearing the words of Truth is not the same as learning & experiencing TRUTH.

So as you progress, it is truly a gift that trial and error allow you to see your missteps. Each of you will make mistakes, but in these errors of growth it is imperative to always be gentle with yourselves, and also be nurturing of others along their paths. We tell you in certainty that when you review your lives at later stages of retrospect you will be in awe of the journey you have taken. You will marvel at the seeming hardships and personal trials and retrospectively wish you had been more aware of the beauty of all around you, and delighted at the serendipitous juxtapositions of the intricate tests that seemed most difficult. So take time in the NOW, as you move forward to simply delight in your BEINGNESS.

Discernment is Key to Mastery

There are many in metaphysics who carry a great deal of spiritual knowledge who develop the urge to share that knowledge. While this in itself is a positive attribute, it is also necessary to avoid the ego trappings of 'Spiritual One Upsmanship' and 'Guruship'. It is correct to make known the mystery, yet each must use individual discernment to find their own inner voice. The time of the guru is passed. Each of you are now compelled to be your own guide. Discernment is key. If it does not resonate, then reject it.

The goal is to develop the Divinity within self. The goal is not to 'channel Ascended Masters or Angelics' rather to channel your own inner Divinity. To be clear, there are indeed souls who channel Ascended Masters and Angels, but this cannot be achieved without first channeling the Divinity of SELF, and access to the Master within you is all that is ever needed or required. Ye are GODs!

And so we end this assay in acumen of TRUTH: Individual discernment is ever the key, for one man's truth may be another man's folly. And the manner in which you harmonize multiple TRUTHS is a great test of spirituality.

Closing

Certain lifetimes are more strategically aligned for quantum leaps.You are in such an alignment in the present. Accordingly, the present experience for many of you is more poised for critical gain. The myriad frequencial resonances and embellished energies of the Ascension make this so.

Your sojourns upon the Earth are a marvelous opportunity to discover and to explore what is within and without you. You are on an exquisite odyssey of algorithm. The third dimension serves to assist you in moving higher, and thus works hand in hand with the algorithmic puzzle by facilitating and prompting the outward manifestation of inner spirit through frontal mind.

The octaves available in the third dimension are highlighted in your initial tarriance and campaigns of the EarthPlane. But as you progress the third dimension must give way to the higher crystalline octaves of the fifth dimension for true advancement toward Mer-Ka-Nic 'harmonic enlightenment'.

As each of you progress in spirit and wisdom the path quickens into more challenging & complex sojourns, and the polarity shifts in kind. The forks in the road become less polarized in the obvious demeanor. The clarity between black and white becomes a bit more shaded in gray, and greater thought is required to differentiate the true path of Mastery.

I AM FAIR TODAY + BOOK FINDS AND HISTORY

Like I blogged before, today is the day. The Minä Olen Fair, the I Am Fair in Espoo!
It's only 5:40 am so I still slightly sleepy but I should be awake nicely by ten.

Doors open at 10, but I'll head for 11 so I have few things I get to see before the first lecture I'm going to starts at noon, the "Healing Powers of Light and Vibration" by Cosme Castanieto, followed by "Healing Energies of Angels" by Maria Zavou, and then  "Introduction to Astrology for Enlightenment" by Michelle Karén.
 
I love the energy of this place, and the people, I mostly go just to see the lectures but I usually end up spending about fifty euros there everytime, small amount, but then again I don't need that much.

I do need some real Sandalwood Incense as it is hard to find the shops near me. As well as the new book on the Forgotten Kingdom of Finland. :) I hope there is copies of that left!
 
I have been obsessing over this book series lately, unable to set the books down, The Oulander Series. All seven books are luckily over thousand page bricks. I read book three of the series first and am now over haldway through book one. I would not get them if I were you unless you like romance and medieval history, and well-- time travel.
If I have vices it might be historical novels, I absolutely love them, I miss the period somehow I imagine, the simplicity of it, not so much the grimy parts - bit romantic view isn't it. ;) Taking into consideration I know very well how hard the other side of the time was, well we all have our little escapes, mine is reading.

Now having picked up the next book on the series from the library I also picked up three other items.
The Keys to the Universe which I haven't even had a change to skim through yet but by few exceprt my husband read to me when he picked it up it seem the Cooper standars. "Isn't Megatron a Transformer?" He quizzed me. "What?" "I'm sure of it Megatrons a Transformer!" He repeated. "Gimme that." I read sentance. "It says Metatron... not Megatron." "Oh." "That's the voice of god not a transformer...."

I also picked up 2010 collection of Rumi's poems... now these I really enjoyed my husband quoting me, I told him to finds a love poem and read that one.

"Intellectuals try not to drown,

while the whole purpose of love is drowning."

His poems are something else, I've only read them online so it'll be a pleasure to read them from a book without squinting at the bright computer screen.
Perhaps it will inspire me to write a poem again.
I very rarely write poems but perhaps there will be an occasion now.

And the last but not the least a DVD of Deepak Chopra's called Happiness Perscription - I watched the first chapter, What is Happiness? and I really liked it. I haven't seen him lecture, speak before so it was a nice suprise to see him walk about instead of just sitting put.
I'm sure when I have a moment I'll watch all of them in a row but as mentioned above I am all booked for today with Fair!

2You would not excuse insane behavior on your part by saying you couldn't help it. 3Why should you condone insane thinking? 4There is a confusion here that you would do well to look at clearly.

A Course in Miracles doesn't ever leave me out cold. I love how simply things are said, with such profound effect. The quote above was from the first thing I read this morning. I had ACIM on my computer table and opened it. The whole passages 1 and 2 state that Fear seems involuntary, even though it is not (according to ACIM) and that fear shows that you have taken thoughts of the body trying to infuse them to your being. Which doesn't work, creating fear. Fear of shame, fear of violence, fear of hurt feelings. So it is insane to cause this to yourself once you know of it, right?

As much as you wouldn't go on an insane rodent killing spree - you should be aware of your thoughts.
Woody Allen said it well at end credits of Vicky Cristina Barcelona, 'Cristina continued searching... certain only, of what she didn't want.'

If you do not want to feel hurt, angry, jealous, timid, burned, then it is up to you to see what causes it, and is that valid.  Many people say yes it is valid it is a human emotion - lets look at that... Human emotions, part of your human existence - if you are nothing more than the body and brain impulses, neutrons in your wave length then perhaps fear is part of you. But if you believe that there is more to you than this body, that there is existance beyond the physical body then ask your self if that existence feels fear?
If you answered no, then perhaps it is time to start body training period to let go of the illusion that you have to be afraid of various emotional of physical dangers.
Know that people aren't out to get you, each and every human being is your brother or sister going through this same human experience. One being not above another, but on a different place from you.
When this is realized, it is so easy to love one another as the sister or brother that they are to you.

Error is any type of 'Lack of Love' such as hate, anger, gossip, negative thoughts, negative words, frustration or anything that caused these.

Heal is to place Love where there is too Little. To forgive the 'Lack of Love' and to place into it the brightness that comes from Unconditional Love. From Soul to Soul, not body to body.

Confusion is a state of unhappiness where life is struggles and small victories meshed in a tangly web.

INTERNAL INSIGHT ON MY SOUL

I should start by saying I see people....
Really.



I sometimes do have to force myself to really see the person, but normally it comes naturally.
I can meet someone casually, or stand next to them on a bus stop, and no matter if they happen to have something that bothers me, I force myself to see the good, the positive, the purest quality they have. Why? Because we should be able to love everything. Why? Because the opposite of love is selfishness.
And your Soul gets nowhere being selfish.

It's the natural state of the soul to exist, the Soul itself doesn't need love or an ego, it's beyond that, it's pure and needs no adjectives to describe it.
But while we are in our bodies, we do need love and ego to balance us until we continue on from earth.

Selfishness in it's natural state is introverted, guarding, possessive, fearful and negative in all it's aspects.

Love in it's natural state is unconditional, forgiving, empowering, giving, positive and pure.



What I've found that works for me is, equality.
Every single person gets from me positive loving attitude, words and actions. I admit I have my moments of cussing, but it's directed at me. Which is no better, as I am just as unconditionally lovable as everyone else. But I am still a person with an ego, we can't get rid of it, and we shouldn't try, we will eventually be born without it and when that's the case you no longer will be in school (read earth).
My ego does try and rule me, of course it's the Fear in me, ego fears everything that I love, but it's easy to calm it down when you know what it's motives are, after all it's only trying to protect you in it's twisted own way.
It doesn't like it when you are hurt, when people hurt you or when you lose something. It's the epitome of possessive.

It's surprisingly easy to see everyone as equals.

I started when mom use to get into hospitals a lot when I was a kid, she showed me doctors are just as much like us as anyone else.
After that her best friend became star of couple TV shows, and few famous people visited our house too, and again she taught me they are just as human as us.
Many things followed that taught me the same thing, no one is above you or below you.

I have to say seeing people aren't below you is harder than seeing they aren't above you, I think it's in our genetic make-up to feel we can't be put down, but harder to see if we are putting someone down in the process.
When I see something hard for me to accept, like a person who still choose to live on the streets and drink and shout and cuss for a life, I find it hard to find anything positive to see or say. Nothing gets to me like people who don't love themselves… I see this empty vast black hole where there should be a person with gracefulness, light and joy. It is so hard for me, and that's where I have to grow, even if I don't for the love of the goddess and the god understand it doesn't mean I have the right to block that person, they probably need me more than any person who knows love themselves.

To see the good in people and focus on that, makes the person in front of you hold on to the feeling of being loved and they go about wanting that feeling more and acting accordingly to achieve it. What more can you ask from that little life we live than to love and be loved in return.
