Meditions on Giving Thanks
The meaning of the exercise is to learn to give thanks of all the good you receive.
Start by making a list of All good you have received.
Remember to thank of water, food, love, friends, your body, it's senses and of the material gifts.
- Look for a place where you can be in peace.
- Light a candle.
- Close your eyes and breath deeply (focus on your breathing, do not command it just observe it) so you'll relax.
- Imagine in your mind all the good things in your life and thank for them.
- Open your eyes.
