THE MONEY KARMA

Money is everywhere again, everywhere I look I see people, adds and commercial saying the same thing, how to get happy wealthy life. Even spiritual ads.

What's with all the money!?

I am happy now, why do I need wealth as well? It is no surprise that this is repeated to us, because of the current state of the world finances. Which I have been turning a def ear on to be honest, it's the job of the TV to focus on the negative, and I rather give my time and energy to the positive.
But as this world is so worked up on TV and money it makes mundane normal person sense that money is the top focus. Wealth includes a lot of money - don't be fooled. Money is an attachment, even the smallest amount is attachment. People want it and when they have it they hold onto that state for dear life.
And what dreary state it is to be money obsessed.

And it is no surprise that as we progress and evolve as species we face money "karma". After all we have to get that out of the way, if we have any chance in evolving spiritually.
I heard lately a woman say "I love money", she meant Love, not gimme, gimme, gimme or so I understood.
It's been said over and over again in different sacred text to replace hate, fear and addiction with Love - the kind of love that Knows... to know it is, accept it is and love all that is, like it is second nature ( hah! - well first nature actually but that's not a saying ).
We know money exists, it is touchable by hand, seen with eyes, smelled with the nose so it is easy to acknowledge, it is. To detach from wanting, needing money you need to know it is, without any of it's qualities It Is - it just is there, like a leaf would be on your hand.
If we accept money as it is in our hand, we accept money Is in this world, there are things it makes happen, very good and very bad - without emotional uprising accept this is what money does, it is in this world as it is, it is not to disappear.

Now to Love money, with a smile, see the detail, feel the texture and recall how this too is a manifestation of Universal Love - in all truth it is as much a manifestation of energy as a bird. As we have come to know it is, accept it is, then like a fluffy adorable bird we can Love what is. With Love and honor for existence we can Love money.

How to work with this new money?
Just like before buy groceries, give away money for these things with Love, like a blessing.
Pay rent as if this was the most joyous things as is shelters you between these four walls.
But keep away from gathering more belonging, as it is easy to stop seeing divine exchange and see Money.
Trust me, this process I worked out for myself has had for me as well ups and downs - there is a very strong stamp on money in this world and if you don't pay attention it creeps up on you and you have to begin again.
Not that there is anything wrong with beginning again. :)

It is all about happiness - when you are happy, you are complete.

RENOVATION STRESS TEST

Finally done with the renovations, that truly tested some newly found nerves.
Of course the apartment looks better, except for the bedroom that could easily make me cry - but I've noticed it doesn't help to cry, crying induces this state of negativity I blame myself, which really isn't what I want to do. So I let go. On a bigger scale few stripes are nothing when I recall I have four walls there that fulfil their purpose to shelter me and keep me warm, sure due to my own use of acrylic masse the walls aren't exactly pretty, but being an amateur and having no help, what can you expect. I was feeling this deep sense of oh buggers after second coat of paint and kept feeding that fear and hurt machine until it made me cry. But somewhere this morning I let go, something just slightly shifter after accepting this is last night. The walls didn't change, I did. There might come a day when I choose to fix the walls with my dad's help and try begging another 9 litres of paint from my housing company - but until then it has stopped effecting me.

It's like this was a huge big test, the world stating all right we'll give you this but we'll have to test you stress release skills. Renovating with my husband, an Aries, was a bonus test - and I learned the talent of being silent when people are upset instead of feeding it or being a mirror for it.
As me and the roller didn't get along on one wall, the end result was patchy, and it took me few days to forgive myself. It isn't about physical damage our lives, but spiritual wholeness. Everything can be fixed when the mind is at ease, not everything is done in one day. Rome wasn't built in a day.

But now that it is done... it's done, my home will be like this for now, while I charge my batteries after running them near empty with renovation and work. I truly love my shelter as a presentation of the Universal Love, I love the walls, I love the paint, the filler, the trims, the furniture, the color - even in the bedroom.

Pretty good sum for three weeks... Learning to not mirror negativity, learning to accept physical damage without taking it personally and learning how to strip wallpaper the easiest way.

I AM LOVING AWARENESS

I read this and can't describe how deeply happy and loving it made me feel. Completely changed something in me, how amaxing it is people can be like this - this small text deeply connects with the love I was bathing in last year. ( exception on December when I truly let go of my shadows )

i am loving awareness

i have a practice in which i say to myself, “i am loving awareness.”  to begin, i focus my attention in the middle of my chest, on the heart-mind.  i may take a few deep breaths into my diaphragm to help me identify with it.  i breathe in love and breathe out love.  i watch of all the thoughts that create the stuff of my mind, and i love everything, everything i can be aware of.  i just love, just love, just love.

i love you.  no matter how rotten you are, i love you because you are part of the manifestation of god.  in that heart-mind i’m not richard alpert, i’m not ram dass – those are both roles.  i look at those roles from the deeper “i”.  in the heart-mind i’m not identified with my roles.  they’re like costumes or uniforms (^^^) hanging in my closet.  “i am a reader,” “i am a father,” “i am a yogi,” i am a man,” “i am a driver” – those are all roles.

all i am is loving awareness.  I AM LOVING AWARENESS.  it means that wherever i look, anything that touches my awareness will be loved by me.  that loving awareness is the most fundamental “i”.  loving awareness witnesses the incarnation from a place of consciousness different from the plane that we live on as egos, though it completely contains and interpenetrates everyday experiences.

when i wake up in the morning, i’m aware of the air, the fan on my ceiling, i’ve got to love them,  I AM LOVING AWARENESS.  but if i’m an ego, i’m judging everything as it relates to my own survival.  the air might give me a cold that might turn into pneumonia.  i’m always afraid of something in the world that i have to defend myself against.  if i’m identified with my ego, the ego is frightened silly because the ego knows that it is going to end at death.  but if i merge with love, there is nothing to be afraid of.  love neutralizes fear.

awareness and love, loving awareness, is the soul.  this practice of “i am loving awareness” turns you inward toward the soul.  if you dive deep enough into your soul, you will come to god.  in greek, it’s called agape, god love.  martin luther king jr said about agape, this higher love: “it’s an overflowing love which is pure, spontaneous, unmotivated, groundless and creative.  the love of god operating in a human condition.”
it’s the love maharaj-ji spreads around, the unconditional love.  he loves you just because, just because.  spontaneous, unmotivated, groundless. he’s not going to love you because you are an achiever or a devotee, or a yogi, or because you’re on the path.  he loves you just because.  can you accept it?  can you accept unconditional love?

when you can accept that kind of love, you can give that love.  you can give love to all you perceive, all the time.  i am loving awareness. you can be aware of your eyes seeing, your ears hearing, your skin feeling, and your mind producing thoughts, thought after thought after thought.  thoughts are terribly seductive, but you don’t have to identify with them.  you identify not with the thoughts, but with the awareness of the thoughts.  to bring loving awareness to everything you turn your awareness to is love.  this moment is love.  i am loving awareness.

if you put out love, then you immerse yourself in a sea of love.  you don’t put out love in order to get back love.  it’s not a transaction.  you just become a beacon of love for those around you.  that’s what maharaj-ji is.  then from the moment you wake to the moment you go to sleep, and maybe in dreams, too, you’re in a loving environment.

try using i’m loving awareness to become aware of your thought forms and to practice not identifying with them.  then you can identify with your soul, not your fears or anxieties.  once you identify with your spiritual being, you can’t help but be love.

it’s simple.  i start with the fact that i am aware, and then i love everything.  but that’s all in the mind, that’s a thought, and loving awareness is not a thought.  or if it is a thought, it’s pointing to a place that’s not a thought.  it’s pointing at a state of being, the way the concept of emptiness is pointing at emptiness, which is really fullness.

souls love.  that’s what souls do.  egos don’t, but souls do.  become a soul, look around, you’ll be amazed – all the beings around you are souls.  be one, see one.

when many people have this heart connection, then we will know that we are all one, we human beings all over the planet.  we will be one.  one love.

and don’t leave out the animals, and trees, and clouds, and galaxies – it’s all one.  it’s one energy.  it comes through in individual ways, but it’s one energy.  you can call it energy, or you can call it love.  i like to look at a tree and see that it’s love, don’t you?

WHY I DON'T BELIEVE IN GOVERMENT CONSPIRACIES

I got into a small Facebook conversation this morning on rich getting richer poor getting poorer. Which got me to state something that applies well to why I do not think such things as new world order and the illuminati exist.

"I often think the ones in power get a bad rap... I mean they are just as human, most of the time they can't stop any wheels already in full motion, no matter how much they want to or try to. We need a fundamental shift, a catastrophe or something huge at this point to stop the machine, the selfishness machine, the monetary machine, the power machine."

Seeing a conspiracy behind government is crediting people in power positions having amazing amount of power and being inherently evil. This doesn't fit my view. Or them being reptiles, which really rubs me the wrong way.
People are inherently gorgeous beautiful energy, Light that when nurtured luminates through us. We are at our roots God/Source, we are vast, infinite consciousness that is capable of amazing grace, mercy and Unconditional Love.

Why is there injustice then, where rich get richer, poor get poorer, the government makes highly toxic choices and seems inconsiderate?
Because we are human.
I cannot be any clearer about it. Human. To prove this, imagine your last encounter with "John/Jane Doe" on the street, supermarket, bank, restaurant, where they did something selfish that to you was mean or wrong. Perhaps they lost their nerve and shouted, maybe they cut in, or they managed to get the bill before you. I hope you recognize that this is not inherently evil?
So why give that label to a politian? Sure there is fair chance some people are far worse than others in being selfish, wanting more for number one. Wanting the masarati even though kids go without food, or wanting those amazingly soft Egyptian cotton bed sheets while a human being dies of smallpox. Yes, those people exist, which is why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
But this is a human condition - inherently human as much as the grace and love.
The thing is when we think of NWO or Illuminati that we forget the two faces us every human. 
You yourself have selfish hours, moments, do you not? May the purest person raise their hands first.
I admit being human, I can recognize my selfishness - being aware, acknowledging then letting go of that emotion helps to live in our Grace and Love and stop the cycle of "the machine".

We have stayed in the selfishness machine government for so many hundred years that pulling away from it seems impossible. Wheels turn on their own now - and we get to enjoy the ride. How do we stop the machine, slowly, if at all. Something needs to happen, something huge needs to bring on the Change.
Machines with no stop-buttons have only one way of stopping - they get broken.
What happens without oil, clean air, clean water, electricity?

Humans built the machines, hence it has major malfunctions.

But as we move on towards the light step by step, earth shakes a little. I'm not painting apocalypse here, don't worry. Whenever the machines does break it'll be due to Light and no longer stands for selfishness.

Speculation, yes I know, but I'm trying to understand the world for myself, to see the silver lining in all things.

Niina: "Clarity and Freedom become expressions of being and bliss becomes the body." Ahh... this is perfect for me right now. I have found Clarity and realized the meaning of Freedom in the beginning half of this year and it has resulted in full blown happiness - not quite bliss yet - but getting there. "Be limitless." You can count on me praticing that today. :) Now to the dream! ( I actually always do dream first then the Daykeeper and Niina parts - but carry on )

The Dream: A new child was brought to my little daycare group. You could see from the minute they walked in that the little girl was 'prat', it was the roundness of I get a cookie when ever I want to, and in the eyes, squint and angry. The mother was a thin blond thing who kept asking what her child wanted and smiling embarrased as the child did something bad. So eventually after all kinds power and authority showdowns with the mom, all them won by the child, the mom left to pick her up later. It was nap time and my co-worker came to get a cup of coffee when we hear a scream I go in to check it out and the prat is suffocating another small child with it's torse. The other child is bit purple in the face and crying there a re bloody teethmark bit on the childs left hand. I yank the prat of her and pick the baby up and start crying leaving the room.

I wake up here and boy am I mad, my mind goes around in circles thinking how I would give this mom a chat about the word no, and about telling not asking your child what we are doing. I'm still all revved up. This hits a spot with me, Friend Parents, you have to raise up your child before you can be their friend. Nothing wrong with being their friend, when they have grown up.  Will not rant. *deep calming inhale... and exhale*

Child = The child in your dream could represent your inner self, or the child within. Niina's Dream Interpetation: Thank God! I was wondering where the heck my dream was going with this. The End. Well I sure have had my share of growth pains due to my humanity, it's good to know it's erm... down hill from here. :) I have had that feeling too, that I finally hit a point where I don't have to struggle anymore with the physical side of my life. It's like someone flibbed a swich in April 2010 and it's been light ever sense! It's odd really I haven't been sick, or angry or sad or debressed since April, 8 months and counting. Even my fever and it's friends headache, muscle ache and chivers weren't my normal sick where I blow my nose contantly, my nose stuffed up and am feeling sad and defeated, the end of this week I just had a fever, which is very odd for me. But I am starting to think it simply had something to do with the Ascension Upgrade of 11~11~2010. It's an odd feeling to be constantly happy - not even numb or irrelevant to negative but HAPPY. I'm happy all the time now, it's eerie. Even when something I do not like happens I am happy, immediate silver lining shows up and I am happy knowing evil words aren't meant on the soul level, I provide for earth earth provides for me, and I smile all the time now inside and out.

11-11-2010 UNITY LIGHT GRID FOR 11 DAYS

No wonder I'm having a fever, chivers and muscle fatigue - tomorrow is 11.11 of 2010.
Makes sense, I always do react to big movement with my body first. Like last time I was sick in April before my 5D activated.
Now next post I've mentioned before at We Are Co-Creators of Our Reality.

Niina: (will fill this at the end of the day) Perhaps this is why spiders scare me, my ego is trying to frighten me throught that symbol, the grid connection, the Light Web, the Unity Consciouness is not Ego's field... There is thought for the day... :)

The Dream: I went to the Museum with my husband, we looked over the show in day light, I remember liking the most, the hearts projected on things an people. We were about to to leave when I was holding a baby, it was one of my daycare kids and I saw my day. We talked and everything turned to a night show, basically the room went little darker. We were walking around and noticed we were in the past, we tried to find our way back and noticed the museum workers used it as a Lounge. Finally got back to Present, a man got hit by a car and I had to file a report at some office, still carrying the baby around.

Museum = A museum may represent the history of yourself and your past. It exhibits all of the important events that have made you into the person you are today. It can also represent the archaic world of the collective unconscious. ( makes ense it deals with the past as I actually went back to the past in it, it is still another House which usually symbolizes our emotional and psychological selves )
Father = Dreams with fathers in them can be looked at on several different levels. You may be dreaming about your father and expressing your feelings about him in a safe way. Traditionally, a father dream can be seen as symbolizing authority and power. In the dream you may be expressing your attitude about strengths and weaknesses as they relate to your position in life and your general attitude toward society. The image of the father could also represent the "collective consciousness," the traditional spirit, and the yang. (Projected) Hearts = The heart represents the centre of emotional life. It is an archetypal symbol for love that has been with us since time immemorial. Your dream is describing your emotional life and the way that you are currently dealing with your feelings. [...] Alternatively, if the heart is pictured in a more positive setting, then your dream is saying that you feel good about your emotional life. ( I do feel good emotionally, I make progress everyday on letting go of anger, and frustration my two biggest shadows - so I am projecting my Happiness to every person and object. Funny cause I've been practising with this is spontanious setting, a couble came to metro obviously in bit of a tiff, I opened my heart center and gave through me love and energy to their heart centers and helped their center connect through that energy, and honestly they were laughing together in less than two minutes ♥ )

Niina: My authority and power figures are a thing of the past, they are no longer in my emotional and psychological make-up (been away for a while already)  and also in my sociaty they don't hold a place of power, my attitude on such figures as my boss, my doctors/nurses and police have twindle to a perfect possition, my divine brothers and sisters doing their job and learning their lessons in this world. In the past they were somewhat of authority figures but now they are replaced with Love Projected to them to anything...

SAY NO TO TEMPTING FEAR AND YES TO LOVE

How important it is that we know when not to Fear!

When we know we are all one Earth, connected to the same field as our brothers and sisters, a part of Earth's Heart Beat, then sharing gets a whole new meaning. Not quite sure what I am talking about? Then example will be good:
Say you stand opposite of your friend, she is fully dressed like she always is, her make-up is perfect like it always is, but you know something is wrong, you ask she says nothing, you ask again sure that something is wrong, and she tells you.
Or you are walking alone at night on a dark street something tells you to go into a store, you feel you are not safe, it is so strong of a feeling you do it.
It is not just your intuition it is much more, You can read people, You can pick up on their energy field around them, You can feel their emotions - Can you? If you answered "yes" then read along.

You can feel others fear, you can feel it as this static noise, disturbing electric buzz OR a sticky goo like feeling weighing you down - depending on you preference and skills it is one of those or perhaps you have a better description to share.

Do you like this feeling? Do you like it within you or coming from others?
Do you enjoy its influence on your heart and body, and your Light?
No?
I do not either.

Now I would like you to imagine a natural disaster.
Go ahead go wild, draw from memory or make up something absolutely horrendous!

I will use a flood, horrible flood crushing little houses and huts, leaving in its tracks crying families stripped from absolutely all of their possessions, they are hurt, cold, grieving for lost family members.

Now what do you think will make them feel better... giving them solace, give them a hope, a shining light of grace and hope for a future where their house is rebuilt, there is food on their table, hand in hand with love and family, a place where they can remember the love of their passed family members and honor their goodness, remember their joyous moments together?

Perhaps Unconditional Love, being bathed it Light and Grace, their bodies being cradled with pure love in the arms of us, beating with their hearts in harmony in complete security that life will provide for them what they need as this lesson came to pass. Us giving them from our endless resources of Love and Happiness.

Or Fear? Do you think we should watch news, be horrified for weeks, Fear for thei lives and nutrition, read magazines and add add add to their situation more despair?

No - we know better!

We are better - what I recommend next time you see or hear of a horrid event, close you eyes and ears, silence you inner turmoil that rises and calm yourself down...

Now as you are calm and quiet, your mind at ease imagine your light rising, swelling from the center of your chest, your heart. Let it grow in steady flow or in a rapid burst to cover a whole earth.  

Feel your Unconditional Love that is tied to no being, no emotion, no body, no person, spread to those who you witnessed to be in need. Cradle their bodies in your Light in your arms covered in your Peace - Love - Harmony - Truth. Wipe their tears and replace them with The Truth that you love them and you will provide them with what they need the most - Love and Light, Happiness and Joy.

Know that you have done you part.

This is what we are being trained to do so that we can change Earth, change the course of events stop the cycle of Fear and Sadness.

If you believe that Love replaces Fear and Pity every time - then imagine us... US as a United Front of Love and Truth!

Who wants fear when they can have what we offer?

So next time you lose your temper, Laugh!
Next time you raise you voice in anger, Stop, quiet and Love!
Next time you beat yourself down, stop, quiet and Feel my Love for You.
Say it, Feel it, Enjoy it - I Love!

DIS'EASE AND ILLNESS AS TEACHERS

I was involved in conversation, of sorts, about helping heal illness.
I know many healers, and I am not blogging this to undermine them or myself because I am a healer as well.
What I am posting here is not a cure all - trust me, and your intuition on that!

But I am going to tell you about managing and curing dis'eases (diseases) and illnesses that have been detected in our bodies. I'm going to use myself as an example here.
Some of you know I have asthma and to it related allergies - I have medication for them as well.
We should never let go of medication as a whole ( yes homeopathic medication counts just as well ) as long as we inhabit human bodies. Nothing in life happens immediately, that is not how creation works on four dimensional world.

So how do I manage illness and dis'ease then?

What I do is research the illness or disease, in my case asthma, then see where it fits in my life and what I can do to change it.
Asthma is pressure in the chest, inability to breathe, suffocation, to me this indicates I am not expressing myself correctly, I am holding back causing pressure in my lungs and chest which indicates communication and speech problems.
What I can do is speak up, open my mind to allow me to communicate, say no, say yes, release any blockage I have concerning being afraid what my words can do.
I believe I have asthma to physically remind me every time I slip to "suffocating" myself by holding in my emotions and thoughts inside as I fear hurting others and them not liking me if I say the wrong thing.
I actually like my asthma now, now that I know why it occurs - and yes I have noticed when I am open, my airways stay open as well. When I silence myself wrongly for a period of time my asthma acts up.

Detecting Consistencies

Whatever it is that you have, especially if it a life long 'condition' I urge you to first study it - get to know everything about it. Then see what it symbolises in your life, Asthma for  communication dis'ease, Back Pain for carrying too much on your shoulders, High Blood Pressure for stress management... Don't just take my word for it, or the word of a physician. You know your spiritual/emotional state, you know your body! 
It helps to ask yourself, alone or in channelling, meditation or with the help from your Higher Self some of these questions: 
What does this organ/body part do? (f.ex.Teeth? Part of digestion process, making things smaller for stomach to be able to digest them) 
What does this present in spiritual light? (Analysing matter to digest them) 
What does it "not working right" mean? (Over analysing can cause teeth problems) 
What can I do to fix this? (Over come the urge to analyse to death, trust your heart, your intuition) 
This dis'ease is a sign, not to be taken lightly or ignored or simply medicated to numbness - this is a sign of what is it in this life time that demands your focus so you may grow.

Life Time Lesson

Asthma is for a Life Time.
It is not "curable" by medical science.
Then from Spiritual view point - why do I have it?
To go deeper for a while, what is the purpose of my life this time around. In this reincarnation what am I here for? What am I here to LEARN?
Asthma = Communication, "deep from the center my being" communication.
Then...
If I were to never learn when to say No, how would my soul evolve?
If I were to never stop fearing what others will think of me for what I have said, how would I Grow at all?
If I were to never breathe easy and be at peace with what I say, if I were to never speak from Unconditional Love that cannot hurt - how would I learn to evolve myself?
You see how important our bodies’ signs for us are?

Our lives, our bodies, are our vehicles of Ascension and Awakening - so why numb them?
Embrace your dis'ease and learn. Bless this Teacher, see its true highest purpose and find Peace.

BULLIES AND GRATITUDE FOR THEM

Another place where I transport and share my blog is Lightworkers.org - I do this because I love the community and I'm surrounded there by other Lightworkers with same principles on Love. And similar interest and ideas. Plus they have thousands of channellings and blog entries as well as Events and Forum, chat and Videos. it's my spiritual morning go to when I get my cup of coffee.

He said in the middle of his reply:
"We should all be very thankful for those souls who played those dark roles."

And it brought me back to very early this morning... I literally just had a moment of unexpected forgiveness. I had just woken up, still kinda droggy laying in bed and I remembered being bullied in school by this curly haired girl who poked my legs and hands with a sharp pencil before class, and I let her - not showing her at all how it effected me.

I was suprised how strong the memory was and I suddenly it dawned on me I hadn't forgiven her yet, of all the people who bullied me, I had "forgotten" her (this I found funny - because she was by far the worst).

So, I visioned myself face to face with her and her soul, told her I forgave her and truly did and then suddenly I felt this overwhelming Love and Gratitude for her, and I thanked her for what she did and how she helped me to become what I needed to be in this life time.

I felt immense love for her and felt her mirror it back to me. She is my sister and the love I have for her is so strong it brought tears to my eyes, and I told her to forgive herself - and I hope she will in this life time.

Forgiving is a Given - but feeling thankful to her I had not expected, not this strongly anyway.
But I can feel it at the center of my heart, how important it is to have that Unconditional Love for absolutely everyone especially to those who operated once from negativity.

So - if any of my old bullies come across this, I have forgiven you, and I have held you in love and truly feel connected to the heart of you where all is good and all is perfect. And I ask that you forgive yourself, I have forgiven myself for the negative thoughts I had on you - simple forgiveness of every cell, feeling, word and action is Freeing, in more ways than just one.

How can you assist us to remain in love and neutrality, rather than judgment?

Dear Ones, when you are in judgment, you are not right with Self. You are projecting onto another that which you are out of balance with, within Self. Practice through deep breathing, and repeating the word, “neutrality”. This practice will assist you into peace and harmony, all being of much the same vibration. Neutrality is a great gift to assist you as you interact with another. Holding the intention to remain in neutrality will allow you to set aside your own beliefs. You are more able to remain in the love of your Sacred Heart when you are able to hold the vibration of neutrality. This, Dear Ones, is a great tool to assist you in your relationships.

ON FEAR AND CONFLICT

Chapter 2 VI.Fear and Conflict - 2.

2You would not excuse insane behavior on your part by saying you couldn't help it. 3Why should you condone insane thinking? 4There is a confusion here that you would do well to look at clearly.

A Course in Miracles doesn't ever leave me out cold. I love how simply things are said, with such profound effect. The quote above was from the first thing I read this morning. I had ACIM on my computer table and opened it. The whole passages 1 and 2 state that Fear seems involuntary, even though it is not (according to ACIM) and that fear shows that you have taken thoughts of the body trying to infuse them to your being. Which doesn't work, creating fear. Fear of shame, fear of violence, fear of hurt feelings. So it is insane to cause this to yourself once you know of it, right?

As much as you wouldn't go on an insane rodent killing spree - you should be aware of your thoughts.
Woody Allen said it well at end credits of Vicky Cristina Barcelona, 'Cristina continued searching... certain only, of what she didn't want.'

If you do not want to feel hurt, angry, jealous, timid, burned, then it is up to you to see what causes it, and is that valid.  Many people say yes it is valid it is a human emotion - lets look at that... Human emotions, part of your human existence - if you are nothing more than the body and brain impulses, neutrons in your wave length then perhaps fear is part of you. But if you believe that there is more to you than this body, that there is existance beyond the physical body then ask your self if that existence feels fear?
If you answered no, then perhaps it is time to start body training period to let go of the illusion that you have to be afraid of various emotional of physical dangers.
Know that people aren't out to get you, each and every human being is your brother or sister going through this same human experience. One being not above another, but on a different place from you.
When this is realized, it is so easy to love one another as the sister or brother that they are to you.

UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS VISUALISATION FOR ONENESS

I did this just now - this very morning of the 19th - and I don't think at all it is diminished by the date. The Unity Consciouness was "launched" on 17th and 18th and is to be upheld as long as there is life.
This invocation / visualized meditation is perfect for when ever you feel separated or anxious, there is light to this that is magnificent. Like always don't get attached to the words - but look at the meaning behind it, feel the origin and love. People view god differently , but we all probably agree that God or Higher Self is Acceptance, Unconditional Love, Bright Forever Lasting Light - same goes for other word Altar of Love or Purity of Heart means the same even though the words can be taken differently.

Let go of the physicality of words - they are sign posts toward the destination, not the destination themselves.

I AM going within to the deepest recesses of my heart, the secret place of the Most High Living God. There I kneel before the altar of Love and surrender my lower human ego to the perfection of my I AM Presence, my true God Reality.    (pause)

My I AM Presence takes full dominion of my physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies, and I AM lifted up in consciousness. The Light of God fills my Being, and I ascend into the Realms of Illumined Truth.

Within this octave of Light, Unity Consciousness flows into my Heart Flame and floods the Earth to bless all Life. As Humanity is consecrated with the Light of Unity Consciousness, specific genetic codings are activated within every person's RNA/DNA structures. These codings contain the Immaculate Concept of each one's Divine Potential. This activity of Light empowers every Beloved Son and Daughter of God to fulfill their Divine Purpose and reason for being.

Through this activation the mind and emotions of every person are purified and realigned with the Harmony of their True Being. This purification paves the way for the conscious mind and the super-conscious mind within every Human Being to merge and become One.

In this state of at-one-ment, Humanity's I AM Presence takes command and the life, body, mind, and soul of every person is quickened and lifted into a state of enlightenment that clears the way for Unity Consciousness and the fulfillment of the Divine Plan.

Unity Consciousness contains a clarity and frequency of Divine Love that transcends ALL obstacles. Held in the embrace of this Divine Intelligence, we comprehend the Truth that we are One with all Life, and we are One with our Father-Mother God. Unity Consciousness contains within its essence our full potential to rise above all human conditions and all self-inflicted pain and suffering, for when we join together as One we become a force of unlimited and unspeakable power.

With Unity Consciousness, I recognize and revere the Divinity within every Human Being. I peer into the heart of every man, woman, and child, and I see a radiant Being of Light abiding within every Heart Flame. As I acknowledge each person’s Divinity, the I AM Presence within their heart begins to expand.

As the I AM Presence of each person increases in power and dominion, the obsolete beliefs and behavior patterns associated with fear and separation, or lack and limitation, begin dropping away. Regardless of the depths of negativity the Human Being has fallen to, his or her I AM Presence now takes control and corrects their course of direction.

I now breathe in deeply and assimilate the Light of Unity Consciousness into my physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. For a sublime moment, I revel in the wonder of this magnificent Light.

Through my I AM Presence I consecrate my Life to be the Open Door for Unity Consciousness until the patterns of perfection for the New Earth are manifest, and all Life belonging to or serving the Earth at this time is experiencing the Divine Qualities of Liberty, Divine Justice, Freedom, and Victory in the Light. And so it is, Beloved I AM.
