Day 13 (Nov 15): How do I surrender to the perfection of the larger pattern of my Essence Self?

Red Dragon Qualities: Source of life, breakthrough, divine nurturance & support, receptivity, primordial Mother, undivided primal waters, primal trust and nourishment, birth.

Red Dragon: Primal trust means making choices with no guarantees, knowing that divine nurturance will provide what is needed for your journey. It means making choices moment by moment, implicitly trusting your innate steering mechanism of heart-knowing. Primal trust implies surrendering to the will of the divine self, letting go of what your ego deems to be control of the outcomes in your life. It means deeply trusting the processes that are at work within your present spiral of evolution.

The energy of Red Dragon asks you to embrace the depth of your receptivity. Perhaps you have been taught that it is better to give than to receive. Giving is a powerful way to learn how to receive, but it is not the whole picture. There is a circuit of completion in giving and receiving that happens within you and in your external world at the same time. If you trust unconditionally in the giving, you are not attached to how the gift is received. When you freely give, you fill your cup with sweet waters, which you can then offer innocently and purely to another. Know, on one level, that your gift is poured out universally regardless of how it appears to be received. However, when the gift comes from ego, it is limited by expectations and conditions. Love just is. It is neither given nor taken; rather it is simply discovered and allowed.

It is also a great gift to allow others to give fully to you, for in your receptivity the circuit of love is completed. Love is all that is, and by completing the circuit of giving and receiving on the physical plane, you form an infinite loop that continually expands into new octaves of expression on other planes.

Niina: Will Fill this up at the end of the day

The Dream: I went to a ship, it had restaurants on the open sides and at the end was a amfitheater that opened to the sea. My dad was siting there, we talked and the boat theather was slipping from underneath me like the benches were wined back, it stopped and we continued on the ship to eat.
There was a man going around shooting people, some people hid in the bathrooms, he shot at them but didn't quite hit anyone, he kept missing the angle.

Ship = As mentioned in all relevant dream symbols, bodies of water represent your unconscious, your emotions, and your accumulated soul experiences. The ship in your dream could represent you and the ways in which you navigate thought these parts of yourself. When interpreting this dream, consider the kind of voyage and the type of ship. Some dream interpretation books say that if the voyage is calm you should go forward with your plans. However, if it is a very stormy voyage, get ready for an emotional upset or challenge. ( the waters were still, I think we were docked )
Restaurant = To dream that you are in a restaurant symbolized your current state, particularly of being, suggests that you are feeling engulfed by a long list of choices and decisions you have to make. Alternatively, it suggests a preference to seek emotional assistance from people outside your present social circle. ( there were many restaurants to choose from - I have many choices of states of being to choose from )
Theater = Theaters may be a metaphor for our physical lives. To paraphrase Shakespeare, life is a stage and we are merely trying to make the best of it. Maybe in your dreams you are acting out some of your personal issues and concerns. Think about the details of your dream and what is going on in the theater. Is it a comedy or a tragedy? Are you having fun, or are you very uncomfortable or bored? All of these will give you clues in regard to the meaning of based theater dreams. ( I was uncomfortable there with the benches moving )
Father = You may be dreaming about your father and expressing your feelings about him in a safe way. Traditionally, a father dream can be seen as symbolizing authority and power. In the dream you may be expressing your attitude about strengths and weaknesses as they relate to your position in life and your general attitude toward society. The image of the father could also represent the "collective consciousness," the traditional spirit, and the yang. ( as I have three or four father dreams this Wavespell [where I usually have none] I'm sticking with this authority and power theme - Even though I am still in my emotions and soul experience, I am made to choose by this auhtority in society which makes me unconfortable. But choose what? )
Shooting = Shooting someone or being shot yourself is a fearful and violent dream experience. It may reflect aggression, powerlessness, release of strong and dangerous emotions, and/or symbolize a conclusive event in a particular situation or relationship. ( as I was being shot at, and on a ship it seems to be a emotional aggression towards me, because of the choices I am making in my soul experience/spituality )
Gun = If the gun in the dream is used to hurt or kill you or someone else, please consider your current difficulties, hostile feelings or serious arguments, which you may have within yourself or with others. ( well before going to bed I was thinking of my kind of spirituality and wither I was "right" or not, and if I was doing all this work for nothing, and then I thought of how I felt when I wasn't spiritual. How did it feel to be soaked in style/money society? Not good. How was it to swim aimlessly in emotions without a lighthouse? Depressing, sad, overwheöming. What was it like to worry about money, furniture, work, friends, lack of friends, yadda-yadda? Bad, very unhappy, very debressing. So even if there is nothing after death, exept to be recycled as atoms in different planets and stars - I am happy and staying happy. )

Niina's Dream Interpetation: I have come to a place in my soul experiences that I am currently standing still in still waters, calmly. There are choices to be made right here. On the other hand is this society with limits, debression and worries but also most people in my life. On the other hand are my happiness and joy and peace and a handful of people who are comfortable with true me. Now society frowns upon me because currently I do not have any societal respect for authority and it's power, and it's hard to aka control me ( don't think I'm talking conspiracies here, I am not, I'm talking about the consumer image, the follow the pecking order chickens, here ). What I do have for them is what I have for everyone is respect for their divine quality, such as a janitor is my brother, a doctor is my sister and treated the same way. Hierarchy and pecking orders give me the creeps - we are all humans it should not matter what color and profession we are or the salary we make, and let alone how fast we can memorize facts - those things aren't suppose to tear us apart to individual groups. We cannot all be Niina's, exactly as smart, or as brunette or kindergarden teachers. We cannot all be exactly you. We all have our place and we need to be united not separated. To finish up my dream - I am happy and staying happy.

TUESDAY MORNING WITH HIGHER SELF

Good Morning Tuesday! I sit here with a fresh cup of coffee in my hand to ground me to my work day, time for a morning workout soon. Before I get my paws to Yoga Trance Dance by Acacia I am doing accessory muscle workout's with Tracy Anderson's Mat Workout DVD. I was off the workout cycle for two months after starting work at August after summer vacation - but I did it once this weekend and now I am hooked to being aware of my body, my muscles.
It just shows you how much human body yearns to move and be consciouss of itself.

Another thing about this morning is this following channelling from God.
Now if you recall God's many names, you might recall me calling this divinity in us all "Higher Self" - part of you that is infinitive, divine and easy to talk to.
This is a lovely message of Love from yourself to you. You can hear the peace, and the love in this voice if you listen well enough. This voice is what lets me know what resonates with me, wither a channeling is genuin - it's the voice of Compassion, Harmony and Divinity with a tone of Bliss.

Confidence and Trusting Your Choices

Confidence comes from alignment with your soul. You are just being who you are. There is no ego. It doesn't matter what others think or believe because you are just authentically being who you are. There is no need to prove, just share. Those who are open to receive will be drawn to you. It comes from an awareness and connection to your soul and to God. When you are not aligned or connected you will experience all sorts of obstacles and problems. This connection is more important than anything else. It is this connection that will move you forward.

Many of you are concerned with manifesting more money? Have you been desiring more and then focusing on how much you need to just get by? Be aware of your limiting beliefs of what you are capable of manifesting on your own.

When you are one with your soul you feel at peace and clear, as your soul will guide you through all obstacles. It is like the difference of walking blindfolded through a room of obstacles in your way. When you are one with your soul, listening and aware, you are walking without the blindfold and though you see the obstacles around you it becomes effortless to avoid them because you see where you are going. This is the difference.

So it behooves you to plug in each day and recharge so to speak. See yourself being clear.
Imagine being one with your soul.

How do I know what to do during my day?

Once you connect in, if you are flowing with your soul you will feel what to do and things will just flow. If an obstacle presents itself, stop and check into where your thoughts are. Maybe you need to do something else. Maybe you need to eat or take a break. Maybe you need to tune in. The worst thing to do is to continue when you are feeling frustrated. It will only bring you more frustration. Get up and stretch and take a walk or exercise. Let go of what you are doing. Ask for guidance and assistance and breath and allow it to come in and receive.

Your world is getting faster and faster. You are being bombarded with so much input everyday that you are constantly feeling like you have to be doing something. God forbid if you did nothing.
There is a balance between taking action and allowing yourself to just feel and go with the flow. It is like feeling the flow of energy around you and where it wants to guide you. Do you feel anxiety, resistance, and emotions around you or within you? It is these subtleties that you are learning to become aware of so as not to be a victim and can be the conscious co-creator that you are meant to be.

If triggers arise then they are something to go into and look at what truly is it that is triggering you. Recognize that you are the one making a choice to experience what you are experiencing in the way that you are. If you say to yourself, I can’t just let this go, then you are choosing not to let it go and continue with the experience. However, if you choose to let it go, then you are changing your experience and something different will occur.

I bring this to your awareness each time, as it is important that you understand and realize how you are creating your experiences and you don’t realize what beliefs you have and how they are manifesting your experience. We are here to assist you find understanding and clarity. It is this understanding that will bring you clarity in all areas of your life, including your connection with your guides and your soul. If you need help and are unable to receive this assistance directly from us, we will guide Leah to help you to clear.

CHANNELING LIGHTWORKER LIFETIMES

I have been thinking of my life as Lightworker lately, and this morning I came across a channelling I posted here as well.

"Many Lightworkers will also be going home (also via the banquet!). However, there are a considerable number of Lightworkers who intend to stay on the Earth in the 5th dimension to assist people to adapt to their new circumstances. Working on a completely harmonious planet in the flow of divine order, without pain or suffering, is quite different than experiencing life on the 3D Earth."

This quote had me immediately - I knew this Earth is my "life long" project, and that this is not my only time as Lightworker on Earth. I wanted to have solid proof, I wanted to remember, relive why and how many times I have been on Earth. (I'd also like to know your experiences if you are a Lightworkers who has had more reincarnations on Earth)
Do not take this as spacey-alien thing... I am not an alien, or state that I am. What I am is what you are, not all times a human, not a body, not an angel or ascended master - I am the Energy, the Light of the Continuum of Existence.
It is just those born to Human Cycle spend a whole lot of live on Earth, I as I learned have only been here few times - for a specific reason.
As my home and culture now is in Finland it is no coincident, I imagine, that my maiden name is so tightly wound into Finland's Spiritual Mythology. Kokko the Steady-Winger White Eagle in Kalevala is the messenger of Divine Knowledge, it is the Holy Spirit in other mythologies, Kokko brings the divine Wisdom and Knowledge to the people.

As you read my channeling, my Conversation with my Higher Self, it is good that you know what it felt, feels like. It is like a connection to my Infinite Self, the part of me that is not dependent of time it recalls at all times the past and future of everything. My attention spans to include all, but to stay sane in this three dimension body it comes in a form of a Higher Self, and entity that I am within that I can have a conversation with.
I did this conversation with automatic writing as I wanted to record it all as it was said.

How many lives have I had with humanity? 

You have had four, each in pivotal important points of human existence. Like you have recalled your first life on Earth was in Atlantis – you were there to help lift the vibration of Atlantis back to light, it is due to you and others with your purpose and mission in Atlantis that the souls were reborn else where and took their knowledge and wisdom with them. You recall the physicality of this time but not your true purpose and origin yet, this you can remember as you work with me on it.

Your second life was in Egypt a grounding life, a force of earth and force of true balancing of the ground, the turmoil of that time in Egypt was bringing earth too close to lower vibrations, you worked with the earth with your hands, sang to it, you recall the physical of this again, the pain of loss, but you shall remember more if you wish to of your original purpose there to ground the vibration to keep them from lowering further.

Your third life you have not recalled yet, it was in a time of budding science, you were there to keep the vibration high for the important step, the right steps to be taken, victorian era suited your manifestation, you and others with your vibration raising abilities worked closely with these scientist you were parts of their families and continued families, friends and lovers. This was where spiritual science gained its foothold.

Your fourth incarnation to earth is this, now in age of information and last steps to ascension. It is the same job, so to speak only your tools and surrounding will change. This has always been your job, you have always enjoyed it, information, raising vibration, building about your last reincarnations, what was started then will come to its perfection now.

As I open my eyes, I feel part of the perfection still lingering. Just like before my mind showed me, like a movie but a memory these lives and glimpses of their true meaning - it is good to know your past, but in someway it matters not, as it is the past. CREATING AND ART (edited)

I am sure there are people far more qualified to produce Art than me - but that is if we look only from the point of view of judging the work.
Now where I stand, each expression of ourselves is golden to us, and even might be to others as well.
It doesn't matter if the technique is masterful, or porportions are right, what matters is that you express yourself. There is creation there that is not to be judged. After all what is humanity without creation?

Creativity is often misunderstood to be an act of the ego and intellect. In truth, the Creative Process is fundamentally a spiritual one. When the imagination is in flight, we are moved to give form to this inner life. Creating charges us with energy. We are grounded in our bodies, yet the creative act takes us beyond ourselves. We exit the world of reacting and enter the delicious world of creating, where we lose track of time. By acting, we bring spirit into matter. By acting, we love our creations into being. And Creativity is vital for well-being, not just for artists and arts professionals, but for everyone, in their own way. When we engage our Creativity, we engage our spirituality.

UNITY - HOW FACEBOOK CAN CHANGE THE WORLD?

Last night I visited the Helsinki Comedy Festival, the English Night, and had a blast looking at Stand-Up Comedy merely from the view of humour - recognising how realizing absurdity of a false statement can cause people physical laughter and amusement and cause a great flow of endorphins (I am getting technical but sometimes you got to, I enjoy laughing, but you should always know why you are doing what you doing, it doesn't take anything away from it). This performer from Sweden had a joke about Facebook, how people who would suddenly loose internet would have to reach for help in analogue Facebook. It got many laughs, from me as well, as he went from door to door asking if people ‘Like’d his shoes, but this got me to thinking much more deeply than it was originally meant to. So here follows my thoughts after sleeping on it. I literally had to be out of bed at 6 A.M to write this all done.

What is Facebook? It promotes, Sharing, Unity, Global Family, Friendship, right? When you log on you feel part of something bigger, a NETwork of individual with common nominators - and this is closer to the Higher Truths than is first evident.

It is the moment of Unity. During the summer we had the Unity Consciousness Weekend, the effects of it is still felt in the communities that value Unity.
But what kind of Unity are we talking about here?

Not the commonly used one for sure - but the Unity of Souls - The common term Unity prepares us to Spiritual Unity. It eases us into the field of brothers and sisters, common goals of life. I think the African-American community (among others) has greatly hold onto Spiritual Unity, a man is your Brother, a woman your Sister. That is the best way to describe the Spiritual Unity as well. We are all a giant interconnected living family. You are on the Soul Level my Sister and you my Brothers. Your Soul, like my Soul, is a piece of the puzzle that is our Mother/Father God, the Soul of each of our Sisters and Brothers is part of the God that is us.

There is running joke among us who recognise Unity Consciousness and Divine in each other:
A man proclaimed loudly how he was an atheist. "I don't believe in god, I don't believe in god! I don't believe in god!" He did this for many life times, until he had to stop  - because he learned he was god.

You have access to your god Spark, your Divinity - if you wish it. You can talk to your divinity when ever you want to, you can ask and you'll get an answer but it depend on you wither you listen, hear it, accept it.
This Divinity has many names - like is common for humans - some call it our Soul, some our Higher Self (literally meaning a divine self that is much taller, wiser, brighter being, and unconditionally loving than our human bodies), some Divinity, some Goddess or God but whatever we call it, it is a part of us, like our Heart - you cannot see it everyday, but you know it is there, and that it is a vital part of you.

This Higher Self (this is the term that feels most comfortable with me, but you can use which ever you want in your head as you read on) is continuously in connection to each and every human's Higher Self. God sees and hears all. We have heard that before haven't we?
But instead of it being an old man in the sky listening in, it is a web of bright sparks of God in each of us, seeing over the whole planet. Sound familiar? It should. Internet is another way to be in ultimate connection with each other, to be one in this web, net, of ideas and thoughts. But internet alone is not enough, we as people need a tool to teach us how to use this web for the highest good of all. As it is in macrocosmos, it is in microcosmos. We as people have to find Unity in more than just an ideal, an actual tangible means to live among each other.
To each planet its own network.

We are being taught in the spiritual circles how lies and secrets are not beneficial to us - I see why, all I have to do is ask my Higher Self and I will know. Secrets harm their keepers, they make you believe that this bad thing you have done should never be uttered but protected with silence. So it festers within, eating on your fear and past memories, growing, growing, growing until it becomes this monstrous thing! Inside your head that is.
You are bound to this fear of what if someone will know this horrible thing, that I once stopped loving and tried to move on, but chickened out and now have to live with it. There are better ways to go about this.
Simply choose differently, you are capable of choosing happiness even if getting to it seems harder to do than hate. Life is school, it is in no way easy, but once you understand it you realize what it is about and start navigating it, learning how to feel genuingly, it becomes easier. There are fights and break-up and divorces until we learn to let go of anger and fear, personally as a child of divorce I have to tell you - it is no big deal, unless you make it to one. I had the wisdom to know that it is not my place to order my parents around, "You have to be this image of you I have created, because I am comfortable with that and nothing else." "Oh, you're different?" "No, won't have that, will be mad, petty and spiteful instead of accepting, loving and caring of the special divine spark of life that you are." The big revelation is, it applies to all people, all relationships!

Now you are wondering what this has to do with Facebook?

Basic thing about Facebook is sharing. You share your ideas, you share your worries, you share disappointments and you share your love, friendship and caring for each other.
People make a huge deal about how Facebook is fake and you wouldn't do that in real life - to this let me remind you how humanity LEARNS.
Trial and error, we try try and try, we fumble and fall and we get back up and try try and try again until driving that bike is SECOND NATURE.

You see where I am getting with this?

There is a way for mainstream people and us to practise Unity Consciousness, Unity of being a Family, you and me, equal, loving, caring, full of happiness and support, there for each other instantly.
That Practice is Facebook.
I am sure this was not the original idea of the people who created Facebook, but I am sure if you think about it you can see the fine print of the idea that was typed down by OUR Higher Selves.

The most gruesome things appear of our profiles, sadness, depression, divorce in their barest form - and us others feel the pain, we help, support and care - learning to react the same way when one day someone you "currently are pretending" not to know on this earth says this on the street.

And we share the births of babies, finding of true love, amazing joy of merely a walk in the nature or the celebration of a person’s birthday or any other memorable day - we learn to share love, unconditional love, share our happiness instantly!

With 2012 and beyond coming, I can see a timeline, a purpose for Facebook - Can you see it?

UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS VISUALISATION FOR ONENESS

I did this just now - this very morning of the 19th - and I don't think at all it is diminished by the date. The Unity Consciouness was "launched" on 17th and 18th and is to be upheld as long as there is life.
This invocation / visualized meditation is perfect for when ever you feel separated or anxious, there is light to this that is magnificent. Like always don't get attached to the words - but look at the meaning behind it, feel the origin and love. People view god differently , but we all probably agree that God or Higher Self is Acceptance, Unconditional Love, Bright Forever Lasting Light - same goes for other word Altar of Love or Purity of Heart means the same even though the words can be taken differently.

Let go of the physicality of words - they are sign posts toward the destination, not the destination themselves.

Enjoy, Love, Laugh and Be!

These codings contain the Immaculate Concept of each one's Divine Potential. Through this activation the mind and emotions of every person are purified and realigned with the Harmony of their True Being. This purification paves the way for the conscious mind and the super-conscious mind within every Human Being to merge and become One.

In this state of at-one-ment, Humanity's I AM Presence takes command and the life, body, mind, and soul of every person is quickened and lifted into a state of enlightenment that clears the way for Unity Consciousness and the fulfillment of the Divine Plan.

Unity Consciousness contains a clarity and frequency of Divine Love that transcends ALL obstacles. Held in the embrace of this Divine Intelligence, we comprehend the Truth that we are One with all Life, and we are One with our Father-Mother God. With Unity Consciousness, I recognize and revere the Divinity within every Human Being. I peer into the heart of every man, woman, and child, and I see a radiant Being of Light abiding within every Heart Flame. As I acknowledge each person’s Divinity, the I AM Presence within their heart begins to expand.

As the I AM Presence of each person increases in power and dominion, the obsolete beliefs and behavior patterns associated with fear and separation, or lack and limitation, begin dropping away. Envision, however you perceive, a pyramid of Light and through your intent state that it will be manifested in the fifth dimension. It is time to stop denying that a New Age is upon you, and that with every thought and action you make a decision as to whether you will follow the Light or the shadow side of life. Do not project your thoughts into the future, and please allow the past to correct itself, for it will do so as you move higher into the fourth dimension, and all the negative thought forms of Earth's history are brought into balance.

Last month we spoke of using your cosmic resources. Allow us to give you further en-Lighten-ment as to how your thoughts and conscious intent affect the future. There are many parallel futures (or probable futures) for the planet Earth that have been created by the collective consciousness beliefs of humanity. You also have many parallel or probable futures that you have created for yourselves-some weak, some strong-and there is usually one that has the greatest possibility of manifesting because you have fed it the most energy. Anyone who makes predictions usually taps into the probable future that has the most dynamic energy. But due to your free will the future is malleable and can change in an instant.

We also explained how we harvest the energy of the collective consciousness of humanity each year, and after closely examining the "State of the Earth" a decision is made as to which parallel future we must focus on. Earth is still a free will planet, however there have been special dispensations made in order to assist you in the process of evolution and ascension. When you align your intent with Spirit by stating "Thy will be done," or by asking for the "Highest good of all," you give us permission to add your loving energy to that of the whole and it is magnified exponentially. This also means that many of the probable futures with less energy are further diminished or even dissolved, for there is no fuel to feed them. Does this help you to understand why you and the Earth are making such dynamic progress and are taking such great leaps in consciousness?

Many of you are beginning to realize that you do create your own world of reality, and are becoming quite proficient at manifesting what you desire. However, it is still somewhat a hit and miss proposition as you learn to perfect your skills as a master. You are still somewhat restricted by the energies of the third dimension as you tap into the higher frequencies of the fourth and occasionally the fifth dimension. Allow us to give you an example as to how most of you are accessing the different vibratory levels and creating with the energies available to you:

Imagine yourself on an elevator whereby you gain access to what we will call the "Cosmic Shopping Mall." The elevator stops at the mid-third-dimensional floor and you get off. Envision a huge room filled with everything you can imagine, but there is total disorganization and chaos. Most items are defective or incomplete and you must dig and sort through many levels, rooms and compartments in order to find something that you want or that is in good condition. There is a cacophony of sound, much discord and confusion as everyone on this floor scurries about trying to find what they wish to claim as their own. There is a sense of frustration and futility amongst the crowd as they scurry from place to place, and an aura of anxiety, impatience and fear permeates the room.

You get back on the elevator and it lifts you to the mid-fourth-dimensional level. As you get off, you notice that everything is much more organized here. There is still some confusion, but it is easier to get through to the areas where the treasures you are seeking are stored. In some places, the items are incomplete or what you might call "seconds," however as you learn to focus on what it is you desire, you are quickly led to the area where it is stored and you can easily access and claim your treasure. There seem to be many different levels here, and as you acquire the "keys of awareness" you are able to unlock the doors where even more precious treasures are stored.

Gradually, you gain access to many of the things for which you have dreamed and yearned. As long as your intent is pure and your vision is unwavering, you may claim the "stuff of your dreams" and bring it all back into the physical plane with you. After a time, you are allowed back on the elevator as it rises to the lower fifth-dimensional floor. You are amazed as you step from the elevator and your heart soars as you feast on the magnificent scene before you. Everything of beauty that you could ever imagine is here; it assaults all your senses and you know that this is where you want to remain.

However, you know that you cannot, for you are only here to fill your treasure chest of dreams to take back to Earth with you. Anything your heart desires is instantly manifested before your eyes. Everything on this floor is exquisite in its perfection-there are no mistakes or "seconds" here. You find that your desires quickly change and it is not so much "things" that you wish to manifest but qualities, virtues and attributes. Now that you know you may have anything your heart desires, creating and claiming "things" takes on a new meaning.

Does what we have described sound like a fairy tale to you, dear friends? We tell you it is not. It is exactly how you manifest and create in your world of expression. Sometimes you tap into a little of the higher-dimensional energy patterns and it seems like a miracle when your desires are fulfilled. And you wonder why sometimes "it" works and sometimes it doesn't. We will now give you a fail-proof way to access the fifth dimension and its treasures any time you wish.

We have spoken often of the "pyramid" and its power. We have assisted you in building a pyramid in the fifth dimension where you join with your soul family and other star travelers. Hopefully, you visit there often as you join together in loving intent-sending Love/Light and healing energy to the Earth and all humanity. We will now help you build your Pyramid of Power where you will go in your quiet time and sleep time to receive healing, nurturance, to create that which you desire and to also seek a "Divine Solution" for any situation or challenge that you may face.

Envision, however you perceive, a pyramid of Light and through your intent state that it will be manifested in the fifth dimension. There is a capstone on your pyramid and it contains a spiraling Rainbow Ray of Light which contains all the colors, virtues, and attributes of our Father/Mother God. As you move into the interior of your pyramid, look around: the walls and floor radiate an inner Light, and there are twelve crystal chairs in a circle (you may wish to add more from time to time). There is a crystal table in the center and when you lie on it, it conforms perfectly to your body. There is a magnificent clear quartz crystal hanging over the center of the table. The crystal is faceted at both ends and the upper portion penetrates the capstone of the pyramid. This is the basic structure of your pyramid, however, we suggest that you add your own personal touches as you visit your sacred temple and make it your own.

We will give you several examples of how you may most effectively use your pyramid. Let us say that you have a situation of conflict with someone in your life. In a meditative state, go into your sacred pyramid; be seated in one of the crystal chairs and envision the other person sitting across the room from you with the crystal table in the center. Ask the Higher Self of the person to join you and you may wish to have a dialog with this person, but please, place your ego in the passive mode and speak from the heart with your soul as the director. Objectively state your case and then place the situation on the crystal table and ask for a "Divine Solution" and the highest outcome that serves you both. Envision the Violet Flame of transmutation blazing up from beneath the table surrounding the situation as it balances and harmonizes the energies within the thought form/situation.

Now, see the great crystal hanging over the crystal table begin to glow and streams of golden Light flow forth (they will look something like your strikes of lightening that you see in the skies during a thunder storm). First, these streams of "Lightening" will focus on the crystal table and the situation, then they will spread out to each of you as they eventually fill the room. You will have tapped into the energy of the "Divine Source" and you, the other person and the situation will be "charged" with the cosmic life force of Creation. Then, you must relinquish the outcome to the wisdom of Spirit. You must switch to "auto pilot," you might say, whereby you cannot know where you are going or what the exact outcome will be, but trusting that it will be of the highest order.

If you wish to focus on your physical vessel, an illness, or an imbalanced situation, place yourself on the crystal table. State your desire, which may be specific or just a general "tune-up," you might say. Ask your Higher Self or I AM Presence to be your cosmic facilitator and oversee the process as the Violet Flame blazes up and surrounds you and then the beams of Lightening are activated. This will greatly enhance and speed up the process of releasing any residual impacted negative energies within the physical structure and building your vessel of Light. You will find that you will not be allowed to place anyone else on your crystal table without their permission or in special cases with the permission of their Higher Self.

Spend time within your Pyramid of Power when you have a decision to make, and to solidify and energize your visions and aspirations. Here you may use the Universal Laws of Manifestation in their most dynamic form as you become proficient as a master of cocreation. Spend time clarifying your vision of the future in all areas: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. We have given guidelines for manifesting your desires before, now we ask you to apply them within your pyramid of power and watch as the miracles unfold.

If there is a group situation, say within the family or the workplace, see everyone involved seated in the crystal chairs and place the situation in the center. Ask each person's Higher Self to stand behind them, overseeing the process. Again, place the situation on the crystal table, envisioning and asking for the highest outcome for all. Ask for the "Divine Solution" and then spend as much time as necessary focused on the energy of the situation as you see the Violet Flame magically naturalize it, and the Lightening of Spirit transform it into its highest form.

At times you may wish to be in your Pyramid of Power by yourself, and at other times you may expand it to any size you wish as you bring in great numbers of people and situations, both large and small, that need to be transmuted into the highest form of expression. By accessing your fifth-dimensional Pyramid of Power, you are bypassing the negative, distorted energies of the third dimension, and the conflicting, ambiguous energies of the fourth dimension. It is time you regain the ability to function within the rarified planes of Light where only perfection is possible.

Beloved friends, you are becoming multidimensional Beings of Light as you integrate your Soul Self and gradually become transpersonal. Many of you have integrated your Solar Self, your Galactic Self and are well on your way to accessing your Source Self. That is what ascension is all about, beloveds-reclaiming the many wondrous facets of Self that you left along the way on your descent into the dreamland called Earth. We know how truly magnificent you are and we see your awesome potential. Step into our world, dear hearts; we are waiting to greet you.

LETTER FROM MY HIGHER SELF

Life proved yet again that that only I can change the state of my current existence.
I wasn't feeling to spiffy yesterday, literally egging myself on during the morning with fears, anxioty, expectations of good and bad. Making plans to counter act the bad. Feeling all the pain from the past from three or four years ago.

I did regocnize it, I wanted to stop it - I tried thinking there is no past, there is only Now, hence Future doesn't matter Right Now. It wasn't helping too much, a short term pain releaver.

It wasn't until I flipped through a quote in A Course in Miracles.

"Prayer is the medium of miracles. It is means of communication of the created with the Creator. Through prayer love is received, and through miracles love is expressed." A Course in Miracles

This is what pulled me out of my "depressed" state this morning. Communicate with your Higher Self to be able to Love. So I wrote myself a letter from my Higher Self to me at my sad state. And I felt great after, prefectly in the Now.

Here is the letter: (written from first word on with a smile on my lips.)

"I forgive you for being afraid, for feeling heavy and sad.
I know that deep inside you, you know none of this real.
You know the is no merit in your past, that in truth there is no past,
hence you know nothing causes you to feel subpressed.
I know that you know that there is no point in looking into the future
wether in hope or despair as that is Nothing.
I forgive you for slipping and I guide you with love to the Now,
where you know you are happy, weightless and free.
I forgive you for turning your cheek to your Higher Self,
knowing it is easy to turn back, and that this is already away from the Now.
Know that you are forever loved by me."

It made such a difference, I was immediately comforted, and not by something out of my existence but me myself.
