GROUP MEDITATION ON DEC. 21st, 22nd & 23rd!

from Tracey at ~LightCenter~

Join us in a powerful Group Meditation!

"Now, this brings us to my plan for December 21st, 22nd and 23rd…I would love love love if you could join me and my friends from allllll over the world in meditation for thirty minutes on each of those days.

We are going to start at 9:45am PST and go for 30 minutes. At any point during or after the meditation if you feel the urge to write – please do!!

The reason I chose this time is because Ac Tah says that Noon in Mexico is the correct time and, where I live in Mexico is two hours ahead of where I am right now, on the west coast of Canada. Of course, if you can’t make it on the exact time I don’t think it really matters – because Time doesn’t reeeeeally exist (!) Everything is happening at once, really, it just doesn’t seem like that when you’re living on 3Dimensional Earth J So, whenever you can meditate for 30 minutes on each of those days is just perfect – trust that we are all connecting on the most important level…the soul level!"

What energies are we dealing with on those three days?
Fantastically perfect ones, of course! (Of course!)

When I first looked up the energies for the three days I was blown away by how absolutely perfect they were for the Galactic Alignment occasion that only happens once every 26,000 years. Look at this:

December 21st: Blue Crystal Hand is the GATEWAY to a new way of Being!
December 22nd: Yellow Cosmic Star represents the New Golden Octave of Harmony on Earth!
December 23rd: Red Magnetic Moon reminds us to remember who we are and why we came to Earth at this time – and to be Beacons so that others will remember, too!

So, sometime before you meditate take a look at the following excerpts for each day and then you can create your meditation/ceremony. Perhaps you want to do some magnetic movements (Ac Tah’s above) first thing in the morning (he advises not to do it at night because it will keep you up!). You may want to do some mudra’s and repeat the affirmation/meditation before your meditation…you may want to collect flowers or stones or crystals to make it special…and you’ll definitely want to keep a pen and paper handy in case you want to write down your thoughts.

December 21st: Blue Crystal Hand
Mudra :  Hands out on both sides of the head at ear level. Forearms perpendicular with thumbs and forefingers forming an O.
Meditation : “I am, by thinly veiled design, a threshold to other dimensions”
Affirmation : “I complete, I open, I am one with the Light.”
Tone : Complex Stability

Blue Hand is a gateway, an opening, a portal from one understanding to another. A clue to the meaning of Blue Hand is found in the meditation, "I am, by thinly veiled design, the threshold to other dimensions. In my ending is my beginning. The initiatory gateway awaits." Blue Hand is the seventh or last archetype in the cycle of development of primary being. It represents the power found in completion. Blue Hand is seen as a closure, which is really an opening to another level of being.

Blue Hand represents the 'beauty way', the ability to see intrinsic beauty within yourself and in all things. Living the beauty way requires being in your full beauty and power. From this place, your self-authority naturally flows. This is the position where your ego is aligned with divine will. When you are standing in your full beauty and power, your very presence invites others to be all that they are.

Strongly claim in prayer or meditation that you are willing and ready to receive the tools appropriate to your present development. As you accept your mystic power, you will be taken through the gateway into the mysteries of your essence.

December 22nd: Yellow Cosmic Star
Mudra :  Same position as Yellow Star: Hands out on both sides of the head at ear level. Forearms perpendicular with thumbs and forefingers forming an O…then moving the arms up and out releasing the O with a burst of the fingers!
Meditation : “I am ignition, cosmic milkweed explosion of resonant sparks on the tapestry of the Divine.”
Affirmation : “I am full presence now. I am the harmony of the stars.”
Tone : Universal Movement

You are a starseed! You contain a holographic 'seed packet' of your evolution into the Mind of Light and the energy that directs you toward wholeness. This resonance offers an expanded view of the larger self and new ways of perceiving reality. Through self-acceptance, you are gifted with this journey. Yellow Star is ignition, like a cosmic milkweed explosion of resonant sparks. It is the launching pad from which you can hear the rumble of the rocket of your accelerated evolution.

Yellow Star's starseeded gift is the revelation of the harmony that unites all things. Instead of just aspiring to be harmonious, become harmony. Practice harmony not just as an abstraction, but as a living reality. This practice blends different energies, thoughts, people, and processes. Act on intuitive guidance as to what to combine and when. As you begin to follow your heart, you will know the feeling of being on the return path to the stars.

Yellow Star offers you the ability to hold a greatly expanded focus, a unity of awareness that encompasses aspects of the larger constellation of self. An example of this would be a simultaneous awareness of the desires of the existential self and the truth of the Essence Self. This star harmony encompasses the greatly enlarged perspective of your starseeded self, the part within you that holds the potential of your greatest destiny.

Unlike the preceding seven tones, which were separate and distinct, Yellow Star begins a more complex harmonic series as it completes the preceding octave. On a spiritual level, Yellow Star begins the development of higher being. The fundamental tones that occur in this series are of a more expanded frequency than those of the preceding seven tones. In this new octave, there is alignment in the harmonies of Earth and the harmonies of the stars that are now being sounded on Earth. Yellow Star is the first in a series of star harmonies that evoke accelerated growth of the starseed potential within you.

The Tone, Cosmic, is the last tone of thirteen tones and always asks us to ‘surrender to the perfection of the larger pattern’ and in this case, since it is paired with Yellow Star, we could say it goes something like this: I surrender to the perfection of the larger pattern of having my frequency expanded and my growth accelerated with the starseed potential within me! J

Cosmic Tone (13): Wild card, unseen forces, unexpected change, open system, touch of destiny, interdimensional shift.

Thirteen is the ray of universal movement, the foundation of self within the foundation of Essence Self combined with the rhythm of the trinity. The Cosmic Tone of 13 touches you with the hand of unseen forces and radical change. It will catalyze into movement whatever resists change or is unexamined or stationary. You are being touched by fate, moved through identifications of self into open consciousness.

Olin, the Mayan goddess of movement, asks you to surrender to the perfection of the larger pattern of your Essence Self. From the perspective of surrender and trust, what movement is being called for? Pay attention to synchronicities and seeming coincidences that jump into your awareness. Thirteen provides the possibility of a radical "frequency shift," offering you limitless new openings. Become a skywalker. Be open and flexible, allowing changing reference points to become dynamic allies. Open to the workings of destiny offered by universal movement.

December 23rd: Red Magnetic Moon
Mudra : Right hand on forehead forming an O on the third eye. Left arm at a right angle. Fingers together with palms facing forward.
Meditation : “Lotus of remembrance, quicken the sacred seed.”
Affirmation : “As a galactic beacon and receiver I have direct access to the Divine.”
Tone : Unity

Red Moon is the cosmic seed of awakened awareness. Consume it like a fruit, and let it blossom within you. You are on the quest of self-remembrance, of Godseed. If you work with the energy of Red Moon with clear awareness and attention, an awakened state of remembrance will naturally blossom within you. Remembrance means having direct access to your expanded presence through an intrinsic perception of unity. Remembrance is your recognition of the larger pattern and your connection to it, often facilitated through dreams, art, music, colors and creative pursuits. With focused attention, meditate on Red Moon and you will receive help with self-remembrance.

Red Moon is also a beacon or transmitting station. As you open to self-remembrance, you become a beacon and receiver for cosmic consciousness. This communication creates the gradual opening of the third eye, the eye within the monolith of self. As this eye opens and your communication becomes more refined, you will notice more signs, signals and understanding coming to you. These are all for your growth and evolution - a feedback system from which you can gain insight about your journey.

The number for Red Moon is 9, which symbolizes the recurrence of great cycles. An example of such recurrence is the periodic return of master teachers to help awaken human beings on Earth. Nine is the number of Quetzalcoatl, buddha, and Christ. Red Moon is a symbol for great teachers who have come to translate universal wisdom to humanity, to embody the awakened state of consciousness that is accessible to all. Such teachers serve as a connection to the Divine and hold the promise of full self-mastery.

Take off the veil of forgetfulness. Become the beacon of awakened awareness. As you open to self-remembrance, you will freely receive divine guidance. Be with others who support your fullest expression.

FIGURING OUT A SPIRITUAL ROUTINE

Where last entry was all about bringing out thoughts in whatever form they wanted to come out in, this entry is all about a plan. A plan to heal my Body and Mind.

I have meditated whenever I feel so, spontaneously, which I admit is ( I am afraid to use the word ) rarely ( but there I said it, after all yesterday was Lunar Eclipse and that is all about letting go of un-necessary fear ). And now that I have said it I wish to change it, and not just meditation, but Reiki and Visualization.

I had this idea yesterday morning as I was on the metro to go to work, I want to establish a loose routine to do a little bit every day. To come up with a spiritual Life, not just daily routines of go to work, routines at work, come home and have spirituality time. ;)

Monday = Tarot Reading for the Upcoming Week, to have insight on what are the points for the week to focus and learn from...

Tuesday = Reiki, wither to balance chakras or specifically heal what I feel intuitively is in need of balancing and healing...

Wednesday = Meditation, for relaxation, quieting the mind and connecting with silence and the void, the part of me that is consciousness...

Thursday = Visualization, healthy body, mind, astral travel, learning lessons...

Friday = Channeling, connecting with my Higher Self or my Spirit Guides to better my life...

Saturday = Yoga Trance Dance, invigorating the body, connecting with movement...

Sunday = Meditation, for relaxation, quieting the mind and connecting with silence and the void, the part of me that is consciousness...

Of course I am still allowing full access to spontaneous action, to do whatever I wish, whenever I wish with full consideration of Actions and Consequences. We should never do something or leave something undone if we can't take responsibility for what happens because of our actions or non-actions.

MUSIC, CD, REVIEWS + SONG SAMPLES

I went by the library today and picked up three CDs - Journey to the Faeries, Deuter's Nada Himalaya and Aeoliah's Realms of Grace.

Llewellyn's Journey to the Faeries is a blissful mix of soothing music with winchimes and sparkle, like fairy dust springled down on the ground. Nature sounds like chrips and wind in the trees - gorgeous, takes you straight into the fairy realm. I highly recommend it.
Visit Amazon.co.uk to hear samples of the songs.
I hope you agree that there is beauty in faerie music.

Deuter's Nada Himalaya begins with a bowl that vibrates right down to your essence.
Amazing, vibrational, uplifting, shifting music that Deuter does so well. Absolutely perfect for meditation. Only natural sounds of tibetian bells and bowls, chimes and mountain streams are used.
It's like the instruments want to heal you from inside out by just listening to them. Amazing.
Visit Amazon.co.uk to hear samples of the songs.
I especially recommend Nada Himalaya 1 - try it and feel it.

Aeoliah's Realms of Grace is beautiful, calm, relaxing soothing music literally from the higher realms.
You relax, unable to keep your eyes open , the music takes you to a deep state of calm when the music sooths your muscles and your mind. beautiful.
Visit Amazon.co.uk to hear samples of the songs.

If you are tight on money the library is the way to go in giving your soul some peace of mind. ;)

WINTER SOLSTICE AND NEW YEAR'S NEW PLACE + LIGHT BODY

Well - this makes more sense to me! I have never cared for "New Years" after Christmas - but I have always been very aware of the Spring Equinox, never knew why, but this sure explains it.

Seasonality
~By Barbara Hand Clow & Gerry Clow
The New Year is not January 1st! The new year-the Spring Equinox-occurs around March 21, when the Sun enters 0 degrees Aries by geocentric astrology. For Earth, this is when the Sun is directly over the equator. Then it tracks north until it reaches the Tropic of Cancer at 0 degrees Cancer during the Summer Solstice around June 21. Then it turns back and crosses over the equator at 0 degrees Libra during to the Fall Equinox around September 23. It moves south of the equator until it reaches the Tropic of Capricorn at 0 degrees Capricorn on the Winter Solstice around December 21. Then the Sun seems to move north again for its return to the equator for the next Spring Equinox. Of course, the Sun only seems to move in this pattern from Earth's view, since the phenomena is caused by the tilt of Earth's axis as it orbits the Sun during a solar year.

The modern calendar abuses our conciousness! The time to make plans for each year is during the Spring Equinox, not during the so-called "New Year". The most philosophical and spiritual time of the year is the Winter Solstice, which is reduced to addictions and consumerism by Christmas shopping, eating, and drinking. In fact, December 21st to March 21st, the last quarter of the year, is our yearly completion time. The special days and nights right before the Winter Solstice are the most mystical time of the year, and we should meditate for hours during this time. Then when the Sun is in Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces before the Spring Equinox, we should be deepening our understandings of all the things we have learned during the last nine months-the previous Spring Equinox to the Winter Solstice.

The Spring Equinox is the time to identify the intentions we wish to fulfill during the four seasons. Ideas correctly seeded at the Spring Equinox manifest for a year, and I will offer instructions for correctly seeding ideas and manifesting them through the rest of the seasons. During the Summer Solstice, the time has arrived to birth these ideas into recognizable form, like a forming fetus. The Fall Equinox is the time to flesh out, balance, and assess these creations and to weed things out that just are not working. Then the Winter Solstice is the time to enter into deep contemplation to imagine how our personal creations assist others and the planet.

The Winter Solstice is the time to be brutally honest and evaluate whether our ideas enhance others or whether they may actually be detrimental for evolution. A sweet elixir of knowing comes the day of the Winter Solstice when the light begins to return, and each one of us can put greater realities above our personal desires. It is no accident that in Western cultures commercial Christmas is inserted just when people are amazingly psychic and attuned! I suggest you cancel Santa Claus during the Winter Solstice and spend three months reflecting on what you've created during the year.

After reading this I went to get a cup of coffee, but instead of returning to the computer with it - I headed for the couch to meditate, not a conscious choice just went there by guidense of my body. I sat the mug on the table, sat myself on the couch and crossed my legs underneath me, closed my eyes, placed my hands on my knees touching my thumb and index finger together. I felt it immediately, something new, energy flowed in a circle through the connection between my thumb and index finger and after picking up speed travelled up my forearms to my shoulders to the centre of my chest where it formed a circle around my Heart Chakra. It circled around it picking up speed until the energy source was opened and white light poured out of it both front and back. The Source Light steadied and rose up and poured down steadily across my body calming me and relaxing my muscles, and when completely relaxed the other day's static Light Body inside me came forth smoothly over my skin, smoothly and eloquently, energising me, and establishing a great connection to my I AM presence. I asked few questions, got few answers, one was of the authensity of the message above on winter and spring equinox, which was confirmed, the other was to keep my Light Body outside me in my  daily life, apparently that will be an option to just recall to the surface after Dec 21st the Winter Solstice. As this experience wained down I felt the Light Body pull back inside me, but it lingered at the very top of my skin, energising, tingling the nerves there, and I felt invinsible, untouchable - I think after the Winter Solstice we'll be able to call this shield at will - it felt like concentrated gold light right on the top of my skin, only millimeters thick. In the end the Light Body retracted back inside me and I opened my eyes.

I enjoyed this new experience with my Light - my I AM presence - my Source. Bring on the 21st and it's effects. :)

CHAKRAS AND THEIR HISTORY

The following is a copy'n'paste short history of chakras told by those who have studied and worker with this Life Art for years. I personally discovered I had chakras when I was fifteen or sixteen ( if I remember correctly, not sure as I started my aware journey at fourteen so it could have been as early as that ) , so I have been at them for twelve years, but for me it's always been about the experience not so much the history, so this assignment will be fun for all involved. ;)

♥•☆.•*´¨`*•.☆♥

HISTORY OF CHAKRAS

What are Chakras?
Chakra derived from the Sanskrit "cakraṃ" चक्रं,  word that translates as "wheel" or "turning". Texts describing the chakras go back as far as the later Upanishads ( 6000 BC to 200 BC ).
Chakra is a concept referring to wheel-like vortices which, according to traditional Indian medicine, are believed to exist in the surface of the etheric body of men and women.
The Chakras are said to be "force centers" or whorls of energy permeating from a point on the physical body. Rotating vortices of subtle matter, they are considered the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies.
The word Chakra is also used in various subsidiary, derivative and symbolical senses, just as is its English equivalent; as we might speak of the wheel of fate, so does the Buddhist speak of the wheel of life and death; and he describes that first great sermon in which the Lord Buddha propounded his doctrine as the Dhammachakkappavattana Sutta (chakka being the Pali equivalent for the Sanskrit chakra) which Professor Rhys Davids poetically renders as “to set rolling the royal chariot-wheel of a universal empire of truth and righteousness”. That is exactly the spirit of the meaning which the expression conveys to the Buddhist devotee, though the literal translation of the bare words is “the turning of the wheel of the Law”.Different systems posit a varying number of chakras; the most well known system in the west is that of Seven Chakras.

What do Chakras look like?
The chakras or force-centres are points of connection at which energy flows from one vehicle or body to another. Anyone who possesses a slight degree of clairvoyance may easily see them in the Etheric Body, where they show themselves as saucer-like depressions or vortices in its surface. When quite undeveloped they appear as small circles about two inches in diameter, glowing dully in the ordinary man; but when awakened and vivified they are seen as blazing, coruscating whirlpools, much increased in size, and resembling miniature suns. We sometimes speak of them as roughly corresponding to certain physical organs; in reality they show themselves at the surface of the etheric body, which projects slightly beyond the outline of the dense body. If we imagine ourselves to be looking straight down into the bell of a flower of the convolvulus type, we shall get some idea of the general appearance of a chakra. The stalk of the flower in each springs from a point in the spine, so another view might show the spine as a central stem, from which flowers shoot forth at intervals, showing the opening of their bells at the surface of the etheric body.
When a people begin to develop their senses, so that they may see a little more than everybody sees, a new and most fascinating world opens before them, and the chakras are among the first objects in that world to attract their attention. His fellow-men present themselves under a fresh aspect; he perceives much with regard to them which was previously hidden from his eyes, and he is therefore able to understand, to appreciate and (when necessary) to help them much better than he could before. Their thoughts and feelings are expressed clearly before his eyes in colour and form; the stage of their development, the condition of their health become obvious facts instead of mere matters of inference. The brilliant colouring and the rapid and incessant movement of the chakras bring them immediately under his observation, and he naturally wants to know what they are and what they mean. It is the object of this book to provide an answer to those questions and to give to those who have not yet made any attempt to unfold their dormant faculties some idea of at least this one small section of what is seen by their more fortunate brethren. ~ C. W. Leadbeater in "The Chakras: A Monograph"
All these wheels are perpetually rotating, and into the hub or open mouth of each a force from the higher world is always flowing- a manifestation of the life-stream. That force is sevenfold in its nature, and all its forms operate in each of these centres, although one of them in each case usually predominates over the others. Without this inrush of energy the physical body could not exist. Therefore the centres are in operation in everyone, although in the undeveloped person they are usually in comparatively sluggish motion, just forming the necessary vortex for the force, and no more. In a more evolved person they may be glowing and pulsating with living light, so that an enormously greater amount of energy passes through them, with the result that there are additional faculties and possibilities open to the person.

Root Chakra ( Red Primordial Centre)
1st Chakra: Base or Root Chakra: Kundalini: Root Chakra: Located at the base of the spine.
Earth, survival, grounding, stillness. Contains the primary 8 cells that have all of the knowledge of creation and remain the only cells in your body that do not change in your lifetime. It grounds us in the physical world.
This chakra is the first of the yang or ascending energy centres, and according to Mantak Chia one of its roles is to transform and refine sexual energy and Universal earth (Yin) Chi before they enter the higher centres.
The four petals of the Root Chakra correspond to the psychological states of greatest joy, natural pleasure, delight in controlling passions, and blissfulness in concentration. All these qualities represent the bliss of realising the Divine in the physical body. The highest and most complete forms of spirituality do not reject the body, but see it as the vehicle for the transmutation of the body and the spirit together.

Abdomen Chakra ( Orange Life-Force Centre )
2nd Chakra: Spleen:  Located just beneath the navel, and related to our sexual and reproductive capacity.
It is the major emotional centre of the being, as well as being the main storage battery for chi-energy. It is our first connection (in the womb) with the external world, and this connection continues beyond the cutting of the umbilical cord. Thus it represents the strongest connecting link to other people on the feeling level. The Navel Centre absorbs, transforms, balances and distributes life-force from both the macrocosm (Heaven and Earth Chi) and the microcosm (the other centres and organs within our body).
Blockage manifests as emotional problems or sexual guilt.

Solar Chakra ( Yellow Emotion Centre )
3rd Chakra: Solar Plexus: Seat of Emotions. The third chakra rules your self-direction, self-control, personal will and physical energy.
Located in the area of the solar plexus, navel, and the digestive system, the fiery third chakra is called Manipura, the “lustrous gem.” Associated with the color yellow, this chakra is involved in self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation; it also governs digestion and metabolism. A healthy, spirited third chakra supports us in overcoming inertia, jump-starting our “get-up-and-go” attitude so that we can take risks, assert our will, and assume responsibility for our life. This chakra is also the place of our deep belly laughter, warmth, ease, and the vitality we receive from performing selfless service.
Blockage manifests as anger or a sense of victimization.

Heart Chakra ( Green/Pink Harmony and Peace Centre )
4th Chakra: Heart Chakra.
The fourth chakra, the heart chakra, rests in the center of the chakra system, at the core of our spirit. Its physical location is the heart, upper chest, and upper back. The fourth is the balance point, integrating the world of matter ( the lower three chakras ) with the world of spirit ( the upper three chakras ). Through the heart chakra, we open to and connect with Harmony and Peace. The health of our heart center registers the quality and power of love in our life. In Sanskrit, the heart chakra is called Anahata, which means “unstruck” or “unhurt.” Its name implies that deep beneath our personal stories of brokenness and the pain in our heart, wholeness, boundless love, and a wellspring of compassion reside.
Blockage can manifest as immune system or heart problems, or a lack of compassion.

Throat Chakra ( Blue Communication Centre )
5th Chakra: Throat: Tied to creativity and communication. The fifth chakra rules your communication, creativity, connection and personal intention.
Since the heart chakra is the bridge between the lower, more physical energy centers and the upper, more metaphysical ones, as we ascend through the chakras, the fifth is the first primarily focused on the spiritual plane. The throat chakra, Visuddha, is associated with the color turquoise blue and with the elements sound and ether, the field of subtle vibrations ancient Indians believed pervaded the universe. Located in the neck, throat, jaw, and mouth, the throat chakra resonates with our inner truth and helps us find a personal way to convey our voice to the outside world. The rhythm of music, creativity of dance, the vibration of singing, and the communication we make through writing and speaking are all fifth chakra ways to express ourselves.
Feels pressure when you are not communicating your emotions properly.
Third Eye Chakra ( Indigo Intuition Centre )
6th Chakra: Third Eye Pineal Gland: Often connected to the forehead. Is a physical eye at the base of the brain with the capabilities of looking upward. Clairvoyance, psychic abilities, imagination, dreaming
Can you recall last night's dream? Can you imagine how you would like your body to feel tomorrow? These imaginative abilities—visualizing the past, creating positive pictures of the future, and fantasizing—are all aspects of the third eye Chakra, whose Sanskrit name (Ajna) means both "the perception center" and "the command center." Associated with the element light and the color indigo blue, the sixth chakra is located between and just above the physical eyes, creating the spiritual third eye. While our two eyes see the material world, our sixth chakra sees beyond the physical. This vision includes clairvoyance, telepathy, intuition, dreaming, imagination, and visualization.
The Third Eye Chakra is involved in both the creation and perception of art and in the recognition that what we see has a powerful impact on us. Even when we're not aware of it, we're all sensitive to the images we find in our environment.
Blockage can manifest as difficulty imagining, overly intellectual (only able to deal with concrete concepts), overly linear or rational thinking. Lack of concentration, tension, headaches, eye problems, bad dreams, and being overly detached from the world.

Crown Chakra ( Violet Spiritual Centre )
7th Chakra Crown: Connects you with message from higher realms. Can be experienced as a pressure on the top of the head. Spiritual connection, understanding, knowing, bliss, God.
The Sanskrit name of the seventh or crown chakra is Sahasrara, which means "thousandfold." Although this chakra is represented by a thousand-petaled lotus (the symbol of purity and spirituality), the number 1000 is not meant literally; instead, it implies the infinite nature of this chakra, which provides us with our most direct connection with the Divine. Although some teachers associate this chakra with the color violet, it is usually associated with white, a combination of all colors, just as this chakra synthesizes all the other chakras.
The crown chakra is located at the crown of the head and serves as the crown of the chakra system, symbolizing the highest state of enlightenment and facilitating our spiritual development. The seventh chakra is like a halo atop the head. In art, Christ is often depicted with a golden light surrounding his head, and the Buddha shown with a lofty projection on the top of his head. In both cases, these images represent the awakened spirituality of the Sahasrara Chakra.
The element of the crown chakra is thought, and this chakra is associated with the highest functions of the mind. Even though the mind cannot be seen or felt concretely, it creates the belief systems that control our thoughts and actions.
Blockage can manifest as lack of inspiration, confusion, depression, alienation from The Divine, hesitation to serve, senility, the detriment of the already mentioned above positive qualities and lessons.

That's it for chakras for now, to know more check out the sources. Happy searching!

LOVE & GRATITUDE MEDITATION THROUGH THE HEART

"In the spirit of celebration, let's use a simple meditation, to clear the mind synchronize with the galactic heart, and calibrate our being-ness to resonate with Love and Gratitude. As you do, remember you are being joined by multitudes of others, amplifying the energetic transmissions by creating coherence, first between the heart and mind, then within our collective consciousness."

Truly Synchoronicity for me, yesterday I posted this at my blog:
http://niinac.blogspot.com/2010/10/heartmath-global-coherence-online.html - It's the community where you take initiative to coherently unity Hearty and Mind.

"As this happens, a shift takes place, stretching our previously created reality into a (k)new state of being - one resonating at the level of Love and Gratitude. Now here comes the exciting part! We are currently experiencing a trinity of support for manifesting intentions.

Also, as we've been gathering for a concentrated period of time, our collective power is highly focused, and a "gateway" is Now open to accelerate delivery of intended manifestations.

So, today - Day 42 - we're celebrating the magic, miracles and events that merge ME to WE, us to Now, by simply allowing ourselves the time and space to immerse our consciousness in a flood of Love and embody the Spirit of Gratitude.

Why?

This form of conscious creation, as silent prayer or affirmation, is powerful, effective, and universally connective! Now, in order to create a physical world wide wave of Love and Gratitude, we will be gathering at 11:11 AM and/or PM,your local time, for a silent meditation. Just imagine, as hearts and minds worldwide gather to give thanks simultaneously, our wave will flow at the speed of Love, encircling Mother Earth, while synchronizing our efforts in natural time.

To join in this celebration simply focus on a memory where you experienced a sincere feeling of Gratitude. Hold this memory in your heart, allowing the body and mind to be guided by Love. Now simply breathe in thanks and release appreciation. Following the breath will release any distractions, returning you to the center of Gratitude, the core of NOW ... the Heart of YOU."

=========

"Perhaps commitments require your presence elsewhere at 11:11? As so, let go and simply visualize the world bathed in a wave of Love and Gratitude where ever, when ever you feel inspired to do so. Feel this presence, essence and Light connecting with the heartlight at the center of you. ( I would say as time doesn't excist give your intention to letting this meditation be used at 11:11 ) Tap into the feeling of Gratitude ~ the Great*Full*ness. Breathe into your heart, receiving the gift of the Present and releasing Peace-full appreciation. Rejoice! You are present and accounted for!

Here is peace-filled visualization to center the Self in Love and Gratitude:

Consider standing/sitting with bare feet. Create a bridge between your heart and the center of the Sun, giving thanks for it's life sustaining presence. Lovingly bridge this light through you, spiraling down to the heart of the earth. With Gratitude, remember the One-ness of all that IS. You are Earth embracing Light. With silent Gratitude, feel the grace, glory, and Divinity within.

Now feel waves of appreciation returning from the center of the earth to energize and support you. As these do, amplify these energetic transmissions of Love and Gratitude with every beat of your heart, each building on the previous to flow, go, grow beyond you, intermingling with others, too, who are gathered to celebrate a worldwide gathering of Love and Gratitude.

Continue to grow this field, springing from the Well of Love within you, as a wave of appreciation connecting this moment to the Heart of all Creation. Feel the One~ness of All that IS. Bask in the perfection of Life. Remember every person makes a difference - and that person is YOU!

Thank you for your presence on this amazing journey! Thank you, Beloveds, for being YOU!"

"We propose that the heart's field acts as a carrier wave for information that provides a global synchronizing signal for the entire body. Specifically, we suggest that as pulsing waves of energy radiate out from the heart, they interact with organs and other structures. The waves encode or record the features and dynamic activity of these structures in patterns of energy waveforms that are distributed throughout the body. In this way, the encoded information acts to in-form (literally, give shape to) the activity of all bodily functions--to coordinate and synchronize processes in the body as a whole. This perspective requires an energetic concept of information, in which patterns of organization are enfolded into waves of energy of system activity distributed throughout the system as a whole." ~ http://www.shiftinaction.com/node/119

THOUGHTS AND WORDS CREATE REALITY

Amazing video of Dr. Masaru Emoto's work - if you are interested read more from his book:
Official Masaru Emoto: http://www.masaru-emoto.net/english/e...

Masaru Emoto was born in Yokohama, Japan in July 1943 and a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University's department of humanities and sciences with a focus on International Relations. In 1986 he established the IHM Corporation in Tokyo. In October of 1992 he received certification from the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. Subsequently he was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water in the US and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology. The quest thus began to discover the mystery of water.

He undertook extensive research of water around the planet not so much as a scientific researcher, but more from the perspective of an original thinker. At length he realized that it was in the frozen crystal form that water showed us its true nature through. He has gained worldwide acclaim through his groundbreaking research and discovery that water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness.

He is the author of the best-selling books Messages from Water, The Hidden Messages in Water, and The True Power of Water. He is a long-time advocate for peace in relation to water. He is currently the head of the I.H.M.General Research Institute and President Emeritus of the International Water for Life Foundation, a Not for Profit Organization.

Mr. Emoto has been visually documenting these molecular changes in water by means of his photographic techniques. He freezes droplets of water and then examines them under a dark field microscope that has photographic capabilities.

Some examples from his works include:

Water from clear mountain springs and streams had beautifully formed crystalline structures, while the crystals of polluted or stagnant water were deformed and distorted.

Distilled water exposed to classical music took delicate, symmetrical crystalline shapes.

When the words "thank you" were taped to a bottle of distilled water, the frozen crystals had a similar shape to the crystals formed by water that had been exposed to Bach's "Goldberg Variations"- music composed out of gratitude to the man it was named for.

When water samples were bombarded with heavy metal music or labeled with negative words, or when negative thoughts and emotions were focused intentionally upon them, such as "Adolf Hitler", the water did not form crystals at all and displayed chaotic, fragmented structures.

When water was treated with aromatic floral oils, the water crystals tended to mimic the shape of the original flower.

Sometimes, when we cannot see the immediate results of our affirmations and or prayers, we think we have failed. But, as we learn through Masaru Emoto's photographs, that thought of failure itself becomes represented in the physical objects that surround us. Now that we have seen this, perhaps we can begin to realize that even when immediate results are invisible to the unaided human eye, they are still there. When we love our own bodies, they respond. When we send our love to the Earth, she responds.

For our own bodies at birth are more than 60 percent water, and the percentage of water in our bodies remains high throughout life (depending upon weight and body type). The earth's surface is more than 60 percent water as well. And now we have seen before our eyes that water is far from inanimate, but is actually alive and responsive to our every thought and emotion. Perhaps, having seen this, we can begin to really understand the awesome power that we possess, through choosing our thoughts and intentions, to heal ourselves and the earth. If only we believe.

Whether you participate in global meditations, or simply do this inner work in the quiet of your own loving mind and heart -- we can heal the body of our earth and recreate a clear, pristine world to hand down to our children for seven generations.

10-10-10 A Day of Conversion
"For the vibration of the 10:10:10 doorway of October 2010 is a doorway of love. A love so deep and so vast that your sky, your oceans, your earth is green with jealousy for it has never seen such GLORY. The stars grow dim with envy as they look at this Unconditional Celestial love that beckons to the heart of all on Earth. The 10:10:10 energy vibrates earth into a higher love quotient initiating itself within the hard-wired crystal of the human body. The palpitations within your heart are the breaking down of the walls around you as the light proclaims her solar emanations into every cell of the body. I leave you with the beat of the Creator’s heart pulsing thru your body and thoughts."

 10-10-10 Meditation
"Beloved Ones, Beloved Children of Light and of the Earth....we ask that for this meditation you have a Candle to represent the Fire of Spirit, and Water to represent the Oceans. We ask also that you perhaps have some sea shells or something that will connect you with the Ocean, and also some crystals to represent the activation of the Oceanic Crystals. Of course, it would be best if you could do this meditation as a ceremony close to the ocean if that is at all possible for you!"

ENERGY BOOST AND QUESTION OF ILLUSION

"Simply ask during meditation to be aligned to the source light of the Celestial White Beings and to receive a boost to your energy and spiritual development."

That was my this morning's boost. If you are familiar with meditation it only takes few minutes, and feels amazing - if you are not it is so worth it, even if it takes a while, the charge is amazing.

More on the article...

"To focus upon yourself as you see and understanding yourself now is essential for your spiritual development and schooling on the Earth but it is also delusional because in many ways you are concentrating on a false aspect of yourself rather than your greater truth. This can be difficult to understand because as you exist on the Earth you must stay grounded and anchored into the physical planes and your reality to enable you to remain as a student of the Earth. To contemplate that everything around you is an illusion can bring thoughts of fear, uncertainty and mistrust but you must remember that you are always taking small steps forward, meaning that you are realising the truth about yourself and your reality with every moment of your life. Therefore you are gradually shifting from a reality that is created from a lower aspect of yourself to a reality that is born from a higher, brighter, finer, clearer aspect of yourself, truth and soul. If you are willing to accept that everything in your life is needed and holds a purpose, that you created situations both good and bad and that you have the ability to transform anything you desire, then you are taking a step forward in awakening your inner power."
Awakening the Power Within by the White Beings
Channelled through Natalie Glasson- 06/09/10

Sure the Illusion seems scary, until we realize that if it wasn't an illusion life would actually be a lot scarier. Imagine if you actually were as evil as your most wicked thoughts, as sour as most bitter hate, as scary as your strongest anger - would you be comfortable like that? Or are you Real in your strongest Happiness, your brightest Laugh, your deepest lightest Love?

It is a choice, which is more scary, which do you want to identify with?So I ask again, is your past and future with their emotional and though identified fears, angers and hates Real or Illusion?

NEWS - MEDITATION HELPS INCREASE ATTENTION SPAN

MEDITATION HELPS INCREASE ATTENTION SPAN

ScienceDaily (July 16, 2010) — It's nearly impossible to pay attention to one thing for a long time. A new study looks at whether Buddhist meditation can improve a person's ability to be attentive and finds that meditation training helps people do better at focusing for a long time on a task that requires them to distinguish small differences between things they see.

The research was inspired by work on Buddhist monks, who spend years training in meditation. "You wonder if the mental skills, the calmness, the peace that they express, if those things are a result of their very intensive training or if they were just very special people to begin with," says Katherine MacLean, who worked on the study as a graduate student at the University of California, Davis. Her co-advisor, Clifford Saron, did some research with monks decades ago and wanted to study meditation by putting volunteers through intensive training and seeing how it changes their mental abilities.

About 140 people applied to participate; they heard about it via word of mouth and advertisements in Buddhist-themed magazines. Sixty were selected for the study. A group of thirty people went on a meditation retreat while the second group waited their turn; that meant the second group served as a control for the first group. All of the participants had been on at least three five-to-ten day meditation retreats before, so they weren't new to the practice. They studied meditation for three months at a retreat in Colorado with B. Alan Wallace, one of the study's co-authors and a meditation teacher and Buddhist scholar.

The people took part in several experiments; results from one are published in Psychological Science, a journal of the Association for Psychological Science. At three points during the retreat, each participant took a test on a computer to measure how well they could make fine visual distinctions and sustain visual attention. They watched a screen intently as lines flashed on it; most were of the same length, but every now and then a shorter one would appear, and the volunteer had to click the mouse in response.

Participants got better at discriminating the short lines as the training went on. This improvement in perception made it easier to sustain attention, so they also improved their task performance over a long period of time. This improvement persisted five months after the retreat, particularly for people who continued to meditate every day.

The task lasted 30 minutes and was very demanding. "Because this task is so boring and yet is also very neutral, it’s kind of a perfect index of meditation training," says MacLean. "People may think meditation is something that makes you feel good and going on a meditation retreat is like going on vacation, and you get to be at peace with yourself. That's what people think until they try it. Then you realize how challenging it is to just sit and observe something without being distracted."

This experiment is one of many that were done by Saron, MacLean and a team of nearly 30 researchers with the same group of participants. It's the most comprehensive study of intensive meditation to date, using methods drawn from fields as diverse as molecular biology, neuroscience, and anthropology. Future analyses of these same volunteers will look at other mental abilities, such as how well people can regulate their emotions and their general well-being.
