EXISTENCE IN A FLOWER

There is nothing quite so beautiful than truly seeing a flower, to be captured by it's silence, beauty, joy. To stand in front of it and feel the energy flow between the viewers. To a flower you are just as unique, your hair catching the sunlight, the curve of your lips as you smile, the color of your eyes the reflexion of it's self in them - joy and beauty seeing itself. You are as beautiful, unique, fragile as a flower, and just like a flower you Exist to Be.
The flower doesn't kid itself with the mundane routines of life - it just IS.

Just BE.

NUTRITION AND SPIRITUALITY

 Yes - if you come here regularly you probably noticed I was gone for few weeks.
Summer literally decended on Finland with a WhaM! Suddenly it was sunny, super warm and everything green emerged from the buds. I took up exercising again and time seemed to fly.

All this light brings out so much joy in people - there is laughing now and happy silence when you just lift your face to appresiate the sun and it's light and warmth.

My birthday went by, I received my personal copy of  A Course In Miracles which I am deliriously happy about - and so many warm, happy thoughts from people who wished me happy birthday. :)
I also got a HUGE bouquet of white lilys that now dominate my kitchen with an aura of peace and angelic joy.

This loosing weight business had me confused about it's spiritual origen for a while until I got what it meant for me. See spiritually speaking I am at a Great place right now in such a peace that I am finally okay with absolutely everything - but for years there has been this tug-a-war with my body.
I believe now that this is it, the final adjustment to my diet* (*way of living through nutrition with excercise) then last dropping of the pounds so that my Body can be as Healthy as my Spirit. :) Before my urge to loose the last stubborn 20lbs I was at a place where my diet changed dramatically, I cut of all meat, except for fish for now, and suddenly dropped of all alcohol (some of you know how much I enjoy wine with a good meal) which seemed to just irk at my spirituality.

These changes came before, along with a sudden desire to eat only to fuel my body, and make the food with total love and peace and dedication. This was bit shocking for a former emotional eater, who used food to fuel all kinds of thing besides the physical body. Since I started reading A Course In Miracles I finally had my values straighten - I was reminded that it is all Love, it comes from it and it is the greatest mean to forgiveness of one's self first and then others.

I did a TON of Forgiving! I forgave myself for thoughts of inadqusy, thoughts of anger or hurt, thoughst of self hate. I forgave everyperson who had every offended me from first grade, through upper classes where I was bullied A Lot for being smidge too different, and I forgave appsenses and hurtful glaces. Now my days come with forgiving on daily basis, I notice myself in hurt state and forgive myself for feeling this illusion of emotion and I forgive the person who I projected having hurted me. (Oh I could go on and on about Projecting - that evil thing! ;) ) Somewhere here amist forgiveness stint I forgave myself for taking my body to unbalance and started to recover.

I was very confused these few weeks because I was focused on loosing weight and Living Healthy AND Spirituality, instead of just one. This confused me because I have always been a person who gives a 100% focus one thing at a time, Spirituality, then dumb that to diet then dumb that for photography and so on and so on... Until Now! NOW it's Diet and Spirituality and I can still give 100% for both, which means I have finally found My Spirituality, I have found my Path, my Journey - not too bad for my 28th year of existing.

AFFIRMATION FOR TODAY

Today we see only the loving and the lovable.

When you love who you are, who you ultimately are and not just this body with it's physical mind, you become Love. All your actions are colored by happiness and peace, irratation and stress don't hold any ground in you anymore. And when you fall from sense of being love, immediately forgive yourself and the resume the Love.

Forgiveness breaks all barriers and returns you as swift as light from that past memory of 'oh bugger why did I do that' to the PeaceFull, Happy state of Right Now, where nothing is wrong and you are allowed to start every moment from the new beginning.

A DREAM

A had a very profound dream last night, I won't go into detail as dreams are very personal and repeating it here probably doesn't make much sence to others. But I was taken to see a  brazilian doctor and psychic in a Gaudi-ish tower/church and he told me that “My spirituality is most important thing to me and that people might hate me for it, but I shouldn't mix that to being my fault as being arrogant if I know things and use them.” After all we are all Sons and Daughters of God, each and every one of us equally important and wise and loving, we have just all chose different ways to go about life. And it very clearly was a hint to stop any drinking if I want to continue on my spiritual journey, to which I say sure it never has been too exciting anyway.
After thinking and Googling a little, I found out who visited me. Brazilian Ascended Master Dom Ignacio who is here to help us with physical and etheric body healing.

This is first dream in a long time that has been so clearly a Message.

FORGIVENESS IS IT

LESSON 122

Forgiveness offers everything I want

What could you want forgiveness cannot give? Do you want peace? Forgiveness offers it. 
Do you want happiness, a quiet mind, a certainty of purpose, and a sense of worth and beauty that transcends the world? Do you want care and safety, and the warmth of sure protection always? Do you want a quietness that cannot be disturbed, a gentleness that never can be hurt, a deep, abiding comfort, and a rest so perfect it can never be upset?
All this forgiveness offers you, and more It sparkles on your eyes as you awake, and gives you joy with which to meet the day. It soothes your forehead while you sleep, and rests upon your eyelids so you see no dreams of fear and evil, malice and attack. And when you wake again, it offers you another day of happiness and peace. All this forgiveness offers you, and more.

Forgiveness lets the veil be lifted up that hides the face of Christ from those who look with unforgiving eyes upon the world.
It lets you recognize the Son of God / Brotherhood of Humans, and clears your memory of all dead thoughts so that remembrance of your Father / Higher Self can arise across the threshold of your mind. What would you want forgiveness cannot give? What gifts but these are worthy to be sought? What fancied value, trivial effect or transient promise, never to be kept, can hold more hope than what forgiveness brings?
Why would you seek an answer other than the answer that will answer everything? Here is the perfect answer, given to imperfect questions, meaningless requests, half-hearted willingness to hear, and less than halfway diligence and partial trust Here is the answer! Seek for it no more. You will not find another one instead.

Your Higher Self's / God's plan for your salvation cannot change, nor can it fail
Be thankful it remains exactly as He planned it. Changelessly it stands before you like an open door, with warmth and welcome calling from beyond the doorway, bidding you to enter in and make yourself at home, where you belong.
Here is the answer! Would you stand outside while all of Heaven waits for you within? Forgive and be forgiven As you give you will receive. There is no plan but this for the salvation of the Son of God / Sisterhood of Humans. Let us today rejoice that this is so, for here we have an answer, clear and plain, beyond deceit in its simplicity. All the complexities the world has spun of fragile cobwebs disappear before the power and the majesty of this extremely simple statement of the truth.

Here is the answer! Do not turn away in aimless wandering again
Accept salvation / Let go off Illusions now. It is the gift of God, and not the world. The world can give no gifts of any value to a mind that has received what God / Higher Self has given as its own. God wills salvation be received today, and that the intricacies of your dreams / illusions no longer hide their Nothingness from you.

Open your eyes today and look upon a happy world of safety and of peace 
Forgiveness is the means by which it comes to take the place of hell/life of illusion of fear. In quietness it rises up to greet your open eyes, and fill your heart with deep tranquility as ancient truths, forever newly born, arise in your awareness. What you will remember then can never be described. Yet your forgiveness offers it to you.

Remembering the gifts Forgiveness gives, we undertake our practicing today with hope and faith that this will be the day salvation will be ours
Earnestly and gladly will we seek for it today, aware we hold the key within our hands, accepting Heaven's answer to the hell we made, but where we would remain no more.

Morning and evening do we gladly give a quarter of an hour to the search in which the end of hell is guaranteed
Begin in hopefulness, for we have reached the turning point at which the road becomes far easier. And now the way is short that yet we travel. We are close indeed to the appointed ending of the dream.

Sink into happiness as you begin these practice periods, for they hold out the sure rewards of questions answered and what your acceptance of the answer brings 
Today it will be given you to feel the peace forgiveness offers, and the joy the lifting of the veil holds out to you.

Before the light you will receive today the world will fade until it disappears, and you will see another world arise you have no words to picture 
Now we walk directly into light, and we receive the gifts that have been held in store for us since time began, kept waiting for today.

Forgiveness offers everything you want 
Today all things you want are given you. Let not your gifts recede throughout the day, as you return again to meet a world of shifting change and bleak appearances. Retain your gifts in clear awareness as you see the changeless in the heart of change; the light of truth behind appearances.

Be tempted not to let your gifts slip by and drift into forgetfulness, but hold them firmly in your mind by your attempts to think of them at least a minute as each quarter of an hour passes by
Remind yourself how precious are these gifts with this reminder, which has power to hold your gifts in your awareness through the day:

You've heard me go on and on about Higher Self / God and if you have not been informed about this before it can seem bit odd or confusing. But in truth it is all but...

There is s spiritual joke, which is funny but not a joke at all.

ANGELS ROLES IN AWAKENING TO SPIRITUALITY

This leads into the angels' love for us. Traditionally, angels are viewed as having an adoring love for God's Son, Jesus. They announce and attend his birth. They minister to him in the desert. They show up at his tomb and announce his resurrection. As God's servants, they love all that God loves, and what does God love more than His Own Son? In the Course, this same idea holds true, but now we are God's Son. Therefore, all of the adoration and devotion the angels give to the Son of God they give to us. We can count on their love and care just as Jesus could, for we too are God's Son.
In fact, in the same way the angels showed up at the birth of Jesus two thousand years ago, the Course depicts them showing up at the birth of the Christ in us. Two of the Course's angel passages apply Christmas imagery to our own awakening, and several of the others fall into the same pattern of angels attending a spiritual birth in us. Let me try to weave all of these passages together into a single narrative.

I agree whole heartedly with this. And with hearing people's stories of stepping into their spirituality it always starts with seeing or communicating with angels. When I first started channeling it was with Raphael...

The name means "God Heals" Archangel Raphael is the archangel that supervises healers and healing for all Earth’s population. It’s sensible for everyone to call upon Archangel Raphael for his help in healing.


Ask Raphael for help when you are in any kind of pain, whether it is physical, emotional romantic, intellectual or spiritual. He will somehow inspire you with sudden ideas and thoughts giving you just the right information to help the healing. Pay attention to and then follow these angelic answers to your prayers.


When asked for healing assistance, Raphael surrounds and nurtures people with the emerald green light of his halo. Green is the color of healing and clairvoyant people may see emerald green sparkles when Raphael is around.

And other people stories seem to begin similarly. Angels in essence, not winged creatures in ropes (a manufacturement iof the physical mind), are there at the beginning of our Awakening to Spirituality. And even better news is that they are with us, surrounding us after awaking.

There is something complitely different in communicating, feeling the presence of angel than there is in human interaction. It really does grow you to realize your full potential as you feel their Love.

Us humans have that potential to be fully within Love and have it fully within us - angels don't have ego, they are perfect in love and inspire us to share that feeling we get from communicating with them.

2007 BIRTHDAY OF MY BLOG

I went all the way back to the beginning of this blog, all the way to 2007.
It seems just few months ago I missed my blogs 3-year Birthday.
I created this blog in 17th of February 2007, talking about the New Generations.


Wow, how have a I grown in the past 3 years! And that is just three years of my life.
