Join us in a powerful Group Meditation!

"Now, this brings us to my plan for December 21st, 22nd and 23rd…I would love love love if you could join me and my friends from allllll over the world in meditation for thirty minutes on each of those days.

We are going to start at 9:45am PST and go for 30 minutes. At any point during or after the meditation if you feel the urge to write – please do!!

The reason I chose this time is because Ac Tah says that Noon in Mexico is the correct time and, where I live in Mexico is two hours ahead of where I am right now, on the west coast of Canada. Of course, if you can’t make it on the exact time I don’t think it really matters – because Time doesn’t reeeeeally exist (!) Everything is happening at once, really, it just doesn’t seem like that when you’re living on 3Dimensional Earth J So, whenever you can meditate for 30 minutes on each of those days is just perfect – trust that we are all connecting on the most important level…the soul level!"

What energies are we dealing with on those three days?

Fantastically perfect ones, of course! (Of course!)

When I first looked up the energies for the three days I was blown away by how absolutely perfect they were for the Galactic Alignment occasion that only happens once every 26,000 years. Look at this:

December 21st: Blue Crystal Hand is the GATEWAY to a new way of Being!

December 22nd: Yellow Cosmic Star represents the New Golden Octave of Harmony on Earth! 

December 23rd: Red Magnetic Moon reminds us to remember who we are and why we came to Earth at this time – and to be Beacons so that others will remember, too!

So, sometime before you meditate take a look at the following excerpts for each day and then you can create your meditation/ceremony. Perhaps you want to do some magnetic movements (Ac Tah’s above) first thing in the morning (he advises not to do it at night because it will keep you up!). You may want to do some mudra’s and repeat the affirmation/meditation before your meditation…you may want to collect flowers or stones or crystals to make it special…and you’ll definitely want to keep a pen and paper handy in case you want to write down your thoughts.

December 21st: Blue Crystal Hand

Mudra :  Hands out on both sides of the head at ear level. Forearms perpendicular with thumbs and forefingers forming an O.
Meditation : “I am, by thinly veiled design, a threshold to other dimensions”
Affirmation : “I complete, I open, I am one with the Light.”
Tone : Complex Stability

Blue Hand is a gateway, an opening, a portal from one understanding to another. A clue to the meaning of Blue Hand is found in the meditation, "I am, by thinly veiled design, the threshold to other dimensions. In my ending is my beginning. The initiatory gateway awaits." Blue Hand is the seventh or last archetype in the cycle of development of primary being. It represents the power found in completion. Blue Hand is seen as a closure, which is really an opening to another level of being.

Blue Hand represents the 'beauty way', the ability to see intrinsic beauty within yourself and in all things. Living the beauty way requires being in your full beauty and power. From this place, your self-authority naturally flows. This is the position where your ego is aligned with divine will. When you are standing in your full beauty and power, your very presence invites others to be all that they are.

Strongly claim in prayer or meditation that you are willing and ready to receive the tools appropriate to your present development. As you accept your mystic power, you will be taken through the gateway into the mysteries of your essence.

December 22nd: Yellow Cosmic Star

Mudra :  Same position as Yellow Star: Hands out on both sides of the head at ear level. Forearms perpendicular with thumbs and forefingers forming an O…then moving the arms up and out releasing the O with a burst of the fingers!
Meditation : “I am ignition, cosmic milkweed explosion of resonant sparks on the tapestry of the Divine.”
Affirmation : “I am full presence now. I am the harmony of the stars.”
Tone : Universal Movement

You are a starseed! You contain a holographic 'seed packet' of your evolution into the Mind of Light and the energy that directs you toward wholeness. This resonance offers an expanded view of the larger self and new ways of perceiving reality. Through self-acceptance, you are gifted with this journey. Yellow Star is ignition, like a cosmic milkweed explosion of resonant sparks. It is the launching pad from which you can hear the rumble of the rocket of your accelerated evolution.

Yellow Star's starseeded gift is the revelation of the harmony that unites all things. Instead of just aspiring to be harmonious, become harmony. Practice harmony not just as an abstraction, but as a living reality. This practice blends different energies, thoughts, people, and processes. Cosmic Tone (13): Wild card, unseen forces, unexpected change, open system, touch of destiny, interdimensional shift.

Thirteen is the ray of universal movement, the foundation of self within the foundation of Essence Self combined with the rhythm of the trinity. The Cosmic Tone of 13 touches you with the hand of unseen forces and radical change. It will catalyze into movement whatever resists change or is unexamined or stationary. You are being touched by fate, moved through identifications of self into open consciousness.

Olin, the Mayan goddess of movement, asks you to surrender to the perfection of the larger pattern of your Essence Self. From the perspective of surrender and trust, what movement is being called for? Pay attention to synchronicities and seeming coincidences that jump into your awareness. Thirteen provides the possibility of a radical "frequency shift," offering you limitless new openings. Become a skywalker. Be open and flexible, allowing changing reference points to become dynamic allies. Open to the workings of destiny offered by universal movement.

December 23rd: Red Magnetic Moon

Mudra : Right hand on forehead forming an O on the third eye. Left arm at a right angle. Fingers together with palms facing forward.
Meditation : “Lotus of remembrance, quicken the sacred seed.”
Affirmation : “As a galactic beacon and receiver I have direct access to the Divine.”
Tone : Unity

Red Moon is the cosmic seed of awakened awareness. Consume it like a fruit, and let it blossom within you. You are on the quest of self-remembrance, of Godseed. If you work with the energy of Red Moon with clear awareness and attention, an awakened state of remembrance will naturally blossom within you. Remembrance means having direct access to your expanded presence through an intrinsic perception of unity. Remembrance is your recognition of the larger pattern and your connection to it, often facilitated through dreams, art, music, colors and creative pursuits. With focused attention, meditate on Red Moon and you will receive help with self-remembrance.

Red Moon is also a beacon or transmitting station. As you open to self-remembrance, you become a beacon and receiver for cosmic consciousness. This communication creates the gradual opening of the third eye, the eye within the monolith of self. As this eye opens and your communication becomes more refined, you will notice more signs, signals and understanding coming to you. These are all for your growth and evolution - a feedback system from which you can gain insight about your journey.

The number for Red Moon is 9, which symbolizes the recurrence of great cycles. An example of such recurrence is the periodic return of master teachers to help awaken human beings on Earth. Nine is the number of Quetzalcoatl, buddha, and Christ. Red Moon is a symbol for great teachers who have come to translate universal wisdom to humanity, to embody the awakened state of consciousness that is accessible to all. Such teachers serve as a connection to the Divine and hold the promise of full self-mastery.

Take off the veil of forgetfulness. Become the beacon of awakened awareness. As you open to self-remembrance, you will freely receive divine guidance. Be with others who support your fullest expression.

PORTALS - ASTROLOGICAL HIGHLIGHTS!

The New Moon in Scorpio which occurred yesterday, October 26, 2011 at 12:56 PM PST (3:56 PM EST)  may  help reveal in the next two weeks old emotional responses that are not supporting our highest good. As light is spreading all over the planet, we shall find the transformation of denser energies easier than ever before.

We could have noticed that certain numbers kept showing up, on our digital clocks, on license plates, on objects, as the number of our friends on Facebook… These numbers contain deep messages, particularly the reminder to monitor our thoughts. Let us focus on what we DO want and trust in our ability to manifest what we need for our next level of evolution. The more positive and in faith we remain, the more miracles are likely to occur in the most unexpected of ways.

The astrological chart of this New Moon reveals the importance to own our power in a balance of the masculine and the feminine: heart and passion, light and love. It is a time when  we are all changing at profound levels, reconnecting more truly with our power, our ancestral wisdom and our emotional/spiritual needs. Our love relationships, our sexuality could also be undergoing intense transformations as we become more fully aware of the deeper energetic implications of physical intimacy and only wish to share ourselves with one who matches us vibrationally in heart, mind, body and spirit.

Solidarity with others, sharing, helping each other out in times of need, are also conducive to higher growth and prosperity for all involved. Supporting each other in loving ways provides efficient creative solutions to each other's challenges.

Valuing all our resources, material and spiritual, leads to great healing and increased financial abundance. If we focus on what we do have, work on manifesting the ideas that come to us, and recycle what we no longer need, we might be quite amazed at how wealthy we already are. When we follow our bliss, do the things we love and are good at, money follows.

October 28, 2011 ends the one before last underworld in the Mayan Calendar that began on January 5, 1999. The last 11 year cycle ruled by ethics, required of us to come in right alignment with our truth and all of life. It is no accident that people around the world are rioting and manifesting against the lies that have infiltrated our society. It is no accident that all the structures that have gone down in the past decade and the places that were hit by major earth cataclysms, were places of corruption. It is a law of life that what is not of the light, is now bringing upon itself its own destruction. On Friday we are connecting directly with the Central Sun. A most powerful time to place all our wishes, and highest visions in alignment with the divine plan and step into a heightened reality of peace, love and abundance.

As we transition from one dimension to another, we could find ourselves alternatively thrown into a whirlwind of activities followed by a sense of stagnation in seemingly empty pockets of nothingness. These places of void are actually highly important as they are evidence of our ability to connect directly with the divine, allowing us to tap inter dimensionally into what has never existed before.

October 29, 2011- 12.21.2012, the last cycle of the Mayan Calendar, is devoted to co-creation, dreaming our new reality into being. We may find that time speeds up even more during the last 13 months separating us from 12.21.2012. Many lifetimes will be lived. We may have feelings of bi-location, as if we are dreaming several lifetimes simultaneously. It may be challenging to differentiate what is real and what is not. But in the end, everything is real that we can see, imagine and feel. This is why the cycle ending tomorrow, on October 28 required of us to be in absolute integrity. Without honesty, we would only create chaos.

Some of us may be called to move to a place that is more supportive of our gifts, more appreciative of our talents and where we are surrounded by people we love and who love us back. Exciting, unusual people with original ideas are likely to walk into our lives, opening our minds to wider horizons. Our intuition is enhanced. We could become creative in ways that connect us globally to others.

The Full Moon in Taurus on Nov.10.2011 (12:16 PM PST) is another important portal during the October 26 - December 10 dimensional transition. Circumstances may force us to take a different course. Compelling forces may trigger changes in our attitude towards life. We could question our direction, our potential, our values. We are being asked to purge ourselves of what is non-essential. As we become more powerfully aware of our individuality and independence, limiting attachments to binding situations and/or people who are not choosing enlightenment, naturally resolve themselves.

The clearer our motives, the more protected we are against religious or political fanatism, sexual black magic and mass manipulation. We can create the better life we long for, by using our imagination productively. Even though complex, evasive obstacles may be trying to block our efforts, maintaining the highest level of integrity, helps us evade darkness' ploys.

Previously stable situations could now suddenly dissolve, opening new possibilities for our dreams to come true. By letting go of the old, we can achieve our ideals and inspire others by stimulating their vision. Our hard work is now coming to fruition, leading to great rewards. Our values could unexpectedly shift, leading to a whole new understanding of who we are and what we need.  Sudden changes in our affairs feel exciting and stimulating.

11.11.2011. is a very magical portal numerologically. It signifies the importance of paying attention to our thoughts. It is also about manifesting our uniqueness and knowing that in relationship it is two beings who have each achieved independence and completeness in their own right, who can positively relate to each other. We are not co-dependent. We are each responsible for our own experiences, strengths and weaknesses. Between the two pillars of the temple, life can flow.

NEUROPLASTICITY & DOING, VISUALISING AND SEEING OTHERS DO PROBLEM & ASCENSION ASTROLOGY

Time to go over the Minä Olen Fair, Day One, that was yesterday. I personally always go only on Saturdays, because I need a day to recover before having to head back to work. This year was slightly different from other, first there seem to be more people, especially teenagers, which is good, but I gave a slight giggle at their hip glasses and  retro stylish clothes. I am sure when I was eighteen and went to my first fair I was just as bad, well perhaps not quite so stylish. I saw a lot of people I remembered from last year, especially on the sales stands. Now the program this year, I have to say I sort of expected more but got less - the absolute best were David R.  Hamilton, a Scotsman who I originally didn't plan to see but turned out to be the best performer as well as giving most of new information in the field of scientific studies on the neuroplasticity of the brain and our DNA.

But let's start at the beginning!

Mom and I waiting for the first lecture to begin, the "Healing Powers of Light and Vibration" by Cosme Castanieto.

As it turned out this lecture couldn't hold our attention, it might be because of the interpreting that threw off his flow of speaking or what, but we decided to leave after 20 minutes to go shop around a little.

We looked around the second floor first, me staying by my books a whole lot of time, but eventually I asked mom if she wanted to go take Aura Photographs, which neither one of us have taken in a long time, me about 5 years, her in 3 years.
In my photo, the man interpreted was a lack on physical (lower part of the photo) which he was completely right, I've stopped working out, which will have to be picked up again. The orange here is healing energy and there is a lot of it, and it's surrounding the blue and white that is my spiritual and intellectual aura, which automatically made me think of my blog and the free readings and healings I give here. At the very top the red orbs are stress, which I can tell are due to my uncle in the hospital, but they are at the edges with spiritual knowledge between them effecting my body. ( I put the photo away too quickly, still bit wet, which caused the few pixels being pulled off, the white)

Now this was the point that mom left, and I staid to go to the rest of the lectures. I lasted few minutes on the Health lecture before heading out to hear David Hamilton's "Mind and Visualisation Healing the Body". I walk into the Hall and he telling about Viagra and how rhyming  it with Niagara conjures up  an image of force and power and crushing flow, all righty, then her goes about saying would the drug work less perhaps if it rhymed different, for example the drug be called Flobby. This got a roaring laugh out of everyone.

He continued to tell of an experiment where married couples we studied one couple at a time in a room for 30 minutes where the couple had to talk about something to do with their marriage. There were two extremes the hateful ones who easily got to argument about nailed each other to the walls, and those who were compassionate, loving, reminiscing on some beautiful memory. They had gotten a full physical before the 30 minutes, and it turned out all the people at the hateful end had hardened arteries, their bodies when hatefully living their lives were physically hardening up. The compassionate ones had bigger soft arteries, with easy blood flow. He gave few other examples after this but returned to why this happened later. When you do to others something loving and compassionate, not to yourself but to others your brain produces oxytocin that travels through your blood to your cells, now as they impact with the cells the cell produces off them nitrous oxide which actually opens up the arteries and softens them giving the heart room to pup blood hence lowering your blood pressure. Now - the interesting thing was there was the same amount of fat, smokers and alcohol user in both end of the couple groups. The only difference was that one side was loving and compassionate, the other wasn't.

He also talked about something I thought was the coolest thing since sliced bread! There was an experiment where a man was told to curl his pinkie finger for 15 mins, 5 days a week for 3 months. Now this stimulated that part of the brain that actually grew 40 times it size in those 3 months (40 times as in more connections, more intricate and so on not all just size) and his finger could lift 35% more weight since the beginning of the test. Now there was also a man who visualised curling up his pinkie finger 15 mins a day 5 days a week for 3 months and his finger was 35% stronger after three months and his part of the brain 40 times larger. Amazing right!? But that's not all. There was a third man who watched the first guy curl his pinkie finger, and guess what? His pinkie finger was 35% stronger and brain 40 times larger on that area! By just watching it!
What do we make of this then? The brain knows no difference between you doing it - you visualising it or you watching someone do it - results are the same! Amazing isn't it. This interested me beyond words.

He also spoke about mediation, and apparently people who mediate regularly have a thicker frontal lobe of the brain, and meditating switches on 1561 genes in your DNA, and shuts off some 600.

Well it was hard to top that! But I left the Hall wiser than I stepped on it, I about ran, as fast as you can run  in a crowd of herrings in a tin to fetch the book I had been meaning to buy, "The Ancient Finland's Forgotten Kingdom" by Jukka Nieminen, a great book so far, talks about Finnish Ley Lines, sacred sites and more, it boggles the mind that most people know nothing of these things!

This next one I had truly been waiting for the angel lecture! Maria Zavou's "Healing Energies of Angels". Which I am sad to say didn't suit me, she seemed only to promote her books and workshops with few tid bits of information on angel surgery. Me, as many others as well, left mid way with a bit of a pout. She simply stayed behind the speakers box, looking bored and strict, no smiles no connecting to the audience. I expected much more from it, information for one hand, perhaps angel mediations, but it was all a plug to attend her courses. Well perhaps her books are something else. But it seems Diana Cooper will continue to be my angel lady.

 

Now Michelle Karén was different. I saw her by her booths before the lecture and she was kind enough to offer me to make an offer on her astrology reading when I told her I was on a tight budget this month, that was truly kind and would have taken up on it had I not been on the super tight budget that only allowed the fair for this month. But to her lecture next! My second favourite of the day! She was very engaging with the audience, smiled a lot and walked on stage, similar to David Hamilton's performance. She managed to laugh at herself and the current state of the world a bit, which always relaxes the audience. She talked about the Mayan calendars, 9 steps, days and nights, which I knew, thought this:

But she also matched astrology with her calendar interpretations. On the photo below she talked about Jupiter (money, finances) moving to Pisces (sharing freedom silence) and how from Jan 17th 2010 to Jan. 22 2011 was all about the beginning of new money, responsibility, sharing, giving for free, trading. It was time of loosing bad money and figuring how to make more of what we already have, recycling.
Then Saturn moving into Libra on July 21st 2010 to Oct 5th 2012 is all about Love, loosing inadequate relationships, finding true love, not settling, this is a time when true relationship, soul mate and twin flames getting together. Uranus entering Mars may 27th to Aug 13th 2010 was and now again is all about corruption being shows and bad companies collapsing, negative energies being wiped out, she mentioned Thailand tsunamis due to drugs and prostitution, Haiti due to corruption and  one more I cannot call right now.
Chiron entering Pisces April 20 to July 19th 2010 was all about ethics, and morals, a sort of silent knowledge of what is right.
She also spoke of time accelerating, it feels like it because karma is instant we cannot hide behind karma anymore, you do it and it is for all to see, there is no more delay where you can hide. And it will pick up more speed as we get closer and closer to Dec 21st 2012.

I've read my sign many times ever sense I had small Calendar read done at Body, Mind and Spirit Fair when I was 18 - I have had many "oh that is what I want, that is exactly what I think" moments - but today was the first time as I was reading this that I had a feeling of this truly is me, right now - not ideal, not thought, not hope or dream - but Reality.

I've "bolded" the main parts in the text that are as solid of a reality to me as this keyboard I type at.
It is again proof that what happened in April truly truly changed me - I'm bit scared calling in "ascension", but it sure awakened something extraordinary, I cannot, and choose not to feel fear anymore of anything. I cannot see anything except integration anymore, I see the root cause of everything ( which almost gets me in trouble as I state them out loud, people frown upon a intricate plan of billions of nuances manifesting as random accidents or coincidences ), I see in the mirror my spirit and emotions reasons for my body reactions, and others as well, I connect to the main source of my Essence while in a body. Being in this body, experiencing all of this is... it's amazing, there has never been such life in me, such joy over everything, such light towards all!

And still it is within this body, and I can tell there are still matters I need to work on, specifically designed for this lifetime. I am so good at not reacting, but I am not perfect - this is what is left for me, it boils down to all aspects of life, no matter how amazing this existence is, a state of non-reaction is where we have to go to Ascend. Let's have an example, a man can be screaming at me, his face red, poking my shoulder with his finger and I feel calm and powerful, knowing I am under the guardian ship of life itself and what happens needs to happen for everyone's sake, I know I can defuse the situation and if I cannot it is meant to be as well - now a child cannot control their emotions, they project it to you with only the kind of whammy that kids can and I feel dragged, invaded and frustrated. Children are still so connected to their essence that when they direct their emotions at you, and you aren't prepared, it's gut wrenching. With kids you have to have your shield up or you will share the fear, the anger, the pain. Adults are so far from the core essence, at least trouble makers are that you don't need the shield ( well I have noticed I don't anymore ) but kids, oh boy... Which probably explains why I work where I work.

Non-reaction is not easy to learn, and when you come closer to enlightenment it gets harder, you start to work with the essences of lessons, the whammies. ;)
There is only Now.
Where this fits in is that moment where nothing is wrong, and if something is wrong at that moment to let life guide to your perfect solution that is for the highest good of all. Even if it seems a stale mate situations or one sided argument. If I decide not to react, but let life force guide me, I am in serves of our Higher Selves, in service of the only thing that matters, our unity, where you are every bit of proton important as I am, hence I want you to have your share rights and lessons that are infused with mine because I always want your experience to have it's highest possible purpose.
You are my sister or my brother and I want nothing less for you than highest good and perfection.

Red Dragon is your Conscious Self - who you are and who you are becoming.

Red Dragon represents the root source of life, the nurturance and support of primary being, and within it are found the primal waters of unity. This is where your deepest roots receive true nourishment. Red Dragon is the energy of form contained within the formlessness of the primordial sea.

Primal trust means making choices with no guarantees, knowing that divine nurturance will provide what is needed for your journey. It means making choices moment by moment, implicitly trusting your innate steering mechanism of heart-knowing. Primal trust implies surrendering to the will of the divine self, letting go of what your ego deems to be control of the outcomes in your life. It means deeply trusting the processes that are at work within your present spiral of evolution.

The energy of Red Dragon asks you to embrace the depth of your receptivity. Perhaps you have been taught that it is better to give than to receive. Giving is a powerful way to learn how to receive, but it is not the whole picture. There is a circuit of completion in giving and receiving that happens within you and in your external world at the same time. If you trust unconditionally in the giving, you are not attached to how the gift is received. When you freely give, you fill your cup with sweet waters, which you can then offern innocently and purely to another. Know, on one level, that your gift is poured out universally regardless of how it appears to be received. However, when the gift comes from the ego, it is limited by expectations and conditions. Love just is. It is neither given nor taken; rather it is simply discovered and allowed.

The universe is an inseparable whole. Red Dragon represents the energy matrix lines that look like a web in the universe, through which all points are connected in time and space. This energetic web of communication is known as the 'crystal grid network.' It is a cauldron of creation, a potent field in which all things are not only possible but constantly being created. Within this grid, the linear causality of time and space has been freed into an open system in which all time and all space exist and interact simultaneously. Yellow Sun is your Subconscious Self and Hidden Helper.

Yellow Sun is a reminder that you are, at every moment, in the center of All That Is. In your journey of remembrance, you are crafting a light body to return to a home in the stars that you never really left. Return as a child of the sacred to the Great Central Sun! You are the crown of creation, infused with the blueprint of solar mind. You are a Godseed, the reflection of cosmic consciousness. You are love made visible!

There are many facets to Blue Monkey's shadow. The most common of these is not seeing the humour in life's experiences. If you take life too seriously, humour may offer the relief of an unexpected point of view. Follow your divine child, and you will be shown how to "play" your way through any apparently difficult situation. Humour is a great healer and teacher, and a wonderful way to lighten up about enlightenment. ( explains why I work with kids that are hilarious and play-play-play  at all times )

Another prominent shadow of Blue Monkey is avoiding speaking your truth. Do you use humour to express things that you are afraid to say to someone honestly and directly? Do you use humour to hide your vulnerability? Perhaps you use sarcasm because you feel wounded, insecure or unable to express your deep feelings. Such use of humour is a way to bring out hidden anger or aggression. If you find yourself caught in inappropriate play, consciously step out of it and bring in the missing awareness. ( so true, before I did do this, used humor or wit to try and disarm situation or protect myself, didn't work out so I gave up the habit )

Trust your magical child to be vulnerable. Express your feelings - especially your awkwardness - in a direct way. Let go of using pretense or humour as means of masking your true feelings. Like the divine child you are, allow all emotions to be OK, and freely express them without judgement. ( so very true, in the past I tried to mask my vunerability - back then I didn't see the power in vunerability and innocense, like I do now )

The issue of sensitivity also lies in the shadows of Blue Monkey. Perhaps your inner child was unthinkingly wounded or suppressed by social expectation. Perhaps your gift of sensitivity was not supported by parental figures or the culture at large. In order to protect yourself from this criticism, you may have withdrawn, suppressed your self-expression and creativity, or become absorbed in fantasy worlds. Honestly examine any dynsfunctional, hidden reactions or set patterns you may have that resulted from such woundings. Transform this shadow by becoming aware of your emotional reactions and perceptions of insensitivity. Then express the feelings around it before you get too deeply enmeshed in the cycle of emotional reaction. ( LOL! Funny how a year changes your perspective, I can see my before April self in this, but all happens for a reason, I needed to learn these to be who am I meant to be )

In Western culture, many people have a distorted understanding about what it is to be a human being. We are often taught that successful adults are responsible, serious, rigid, controlled, and goal oriented. In your journey with society, your developmental stages may have been incomplete. The natural sensitivity, fluidity and freedom of the child may have been left behind in partial passage. Perhaps your inner child was wounded or treated insensitively, and you carried this unresolved process into adulthood. Blue Monkey encourages you to bring forth this incomplete or wounded part for integration and healing. ( Integration - the magic word! )

This process implies a bounteous connection between Essence Self and Spirit, freed from judgement, denial and separation. It encourages an unconstrained experience of feelings, living your dreams and visions, where everything is sacred and so, by nature, humourous and joyful. Live your dreams! The moment is now. White Mirror represents the Hall of Mirrors, where you can face your own reflection and see the truth about yourself. As a mirror, White Mirror merely reflects what is, whether truth, beauty or illusion. Here you can face unfinished business, the dissonance of difficulties, or charged issues that would keep you from the full expression of your Divinity. Become aware of any illusions or distortions within yourself; your clarity of perception will transform them. Take a moment to see yourself as you actually are, shadow and all, freed from the maze of mental illusion.

Sometimes you may find yourself reacting rather than freely responding to a situation or person. If you have charged reactions such as frustration, anger, fear, judgement or jealousy, look at how you might be projecting these issues onto someone else. In the Hall of Mirrors there is no good or bad, no right or wrong - there is only the reflection of what is. As you learn to see yourself, you begin to see your emotional reactions as signs indicating where to focus your awareness for growth.

RED MOON WAVESPELL - DAY 1

Time for the personal Wavespell again! I love these! Last time was amazing, and this first day opened up nicely from first Dream on.

I have found it to be an amazing intention-settting time as well as an indicator of the main theme(s) for the next 260 days until your next wavespell. I suggest that you keep a journal during these 13 days. Start your day by writing down any dreams you have and interpreting them the best you can. Use association and lookup keywords here.

If you haven't done any dream interpretation before remember that the most important aspect of your dream is your Feelings. Example, a recent dream of mine: my legs and arms were bloated with water. I could stop there, but how did I feel? Uncomfortable and worried (but not fearful). Those feelings are the Key to the rest of my dream. Your dreams contain message for you!

Then, read through the Day's question and synthesize it with the energy of the Daykeeper for that day. Write down the question and glean the answer from the Daykeeper's energy...allow the Ah-ha!'s to bubble up.

Day 1 (November 3rd): How do I call forth the resonance of my true vibration?

Red Moon Qualities: signs, signals, awakened attention, understanding, self-remembrance, divine guidance, Godseed, cosmic communication, beacon.

Red Moon is the cosmic seed of awakened awareness. Consume it like a fruit, and let it blossom within you. You are on the quest of self-remembrance, of Godseed. If you work with the energy of Red Moon with clear awareness and attention, an awakened state of remembrance will naturally blossom within you. Remembrance means having direct access to your expanded presence through an intrinsic perception of unity. Remembrance is your recognition of the larger pattern and your connection to it, often facilitated through dreams, art, music, colors and creative pursuits. With focused attention, meditate on Red Moon and you will receive help with self-remembrance.

Red Moon is also a beacon or transmitting station. As you open to self-remembrance, you become a beacon and receiver for cosmic consciousness. This communication creates the gradual opening of the third eye, the eye within the mononlith of self. As this eye opens and your communication becomes more refined, you will notice more signs, signals and understanding coming to you. These are all for your growth and evolution - a feedback system from which you can gain insight about your journey.

Niina: Well today was all about the kids at work. I was the one who held Exersice Class for 1-3 year olds and 3-5 year olds. It was great fun! I let go of the stuck up teacher role and ran, jumped like a raindrop, dance goofily, rolled on the floor like rain in the wind, yelled and shouted out of joy as we played. I experienced what the kids do and their enthusiams for life and fun is so contagious! It is like experiencing the presence of  the Masters of Fun!
You just let go - get a little out of "control" and have a blast! And also get in your 30 mins of cardio of the day.

The Dream: A rich woman was sponsoring my family ( not blood related family members ) and at some point with red ferraries and food and art, I figured out they were "fattening up" the pigs, so to speak. They were ( it was never really revealed ) monsters of some sort.
The woman at the last point of my dream came to me an apologised for what she was and what she had about to do. Everything that was her's at that point turned black and white, grey.
The funny thing is I never felt, panic, unease or afraid of these alien/monsters and their evil plan to perhaps eat us ( or feed on our energy? ) I was complitely comfortable in my Trust that absolutely nothing can hurt me, that I am not this human body, I am more.

Niina: If the Aliens/Monsters symbol Significant Change then it makes sense that The Ego stands against that change and tries to bribe me with trinkets like the Car. So to be passive or assertive in this change?

Well considring I opened up my A Course in Miracle and read randomly a passage how The Lion and The Lamb laying comfortably side by side is a symbol of Power and Innocent - and that a balance where both exist together is important.
