P.S: From YouTube: "This video is genuinely authentic in its purest form and has a powerful message for everyone. We know it's a long video, but feel that everything we talk about is very important.
Relationships can be challenging, and we as humans grow enormously through our relationships with others. In most relationships, there are differing of opinions and wounds that are reflected back to one another. These issues can be worked out, as long as both parties show a willingness to communicate openly, show respect for the other, and put in the effort to work through the issues- These kinds of relationships can be great opportunities for growth!
However, there are some relationships that are not beneficial for your growth. Some relationships are down right damaging! If you are in a relationship with someone who shows you no respect when you are being/ expressing your authentic self, mocks you, puts you down, verbally abuses you, etc. it's a good idea to ask yourself why you are allowing this for yourself.
Everyone has the right to express their thoughts, feelings and ideas; To be their authentic self! If you show respect for someone in your life, yet receive none in return, this is a sign that you need to limit the amount of time spent with him/ her or completely cut ties. We personally feel that, for example, if you're in a relationship where you get scrutinized for being your joyful, spiritual self who's into talking about energy healing, angels, disclosure, Ets, or any kind of "alternative" ideas, then this relationship is not for your highest good! It's not supporting your confidence, joy, growth, health, or well-being!
The bottom line is that sometimes there comes a time when we will have to make the decision to walk away, even from family members. Letting go of the guilt and obligations around this means being loyal to yourself, and loving yourself enough to do what is best for you. You deserve to thrive, live in joy, have loving, open-minded, supportive people in your life! The more you take your power back by loving yourself, speaking your truth and standing your ground firmly if need be, the more these loving, supportive people will come into your life! We've both experienced this to be the truth!
Having a supportive community in your life is SO IMPORTANT for your continued spiritual growth and happiness!!! If you have been finding it challenging to meet supportive, loving, like-minded people, and you're into things of an "alternative" or spiritual nature, we encourage you to seek out some kind of weekly healing group/ healing circle, or seek out some type of spiritual community. :) "
