I have done them myself and I know they are good.
They come from Diana Cooper's book "Discover Atlantis".
Dispite your religion, path, beliefs... these exercises will make you feel good, positive and calm.
We don't have too much of any of those.

ReplyDeleteFor some reason I hadn't picked it up before even though I have always loved Atlantis. But I believe things happen always at the right time. :)
