MEDITATION IS EASY

Simple first steps to Sahaja Yoga Meditation.

First you need to know what Kundalini is.
Kundalini is coiled (like the pharmacetical staff) energy pilar at the core of you, surrounding your chakras. It is dormant when you you are focused on the world with your ego (the past, and future hold your attention, instead of the Now). And it is awakened by you, or on its own.
When awakened it is powerful, moving force in you that no longer sees nothing that hinders your Awakening and Enlightenment.
